The atmosphere is simple and friendly. I like the idea of easy to order kiosks and the app works wonderfully. I enjoy their company hours which allow for later night cravings. I have always had professional and friendly customer service. One recommendation would be the bake on the cookies but that has to do with mass marketing and not necessarily the individual location. I ordered a large pickup order today for curbside and the employee had it out very quickly after checking in. The cookies are always delicious and the employees have always been so polite at this location.
