Woman working was incredibly rude. Gave us a cup and said over there. My wife asked where and she rudely states over there, never being specific. I went to go do it to see what the issue was and was met with the same rude result. She could have simply said next door is where we are giving our customers drinks, from a different restaurant, but she never did, but rather opted for a vague "over there". She became belligerent and so I exchanged unsavory words with her.Even though my wife was literally the only customer around (literally for an hour) the lady forced her to show the receipt for the food she just ordered.The food was burnt bad.Not worth the money at all.Highly recommend staying away from this place because of the high prices, terrible food and absolutely horrendous customer service.

Food is "Ok", but it's not worth the terrible rude service. February 3,@ 5:22pm. From what I understand, this same woman has been rude to several other people including my spouse. Had I known this, I wouldn't have given this place my business. How is this person still employed by this restaurant? One thing is for sure, this place will NEVER have to worry about me or my spouse, and anyone else who I can influence to patronize Sansei restaurant in the food court.??????????

I won't be returning after today. When I arrived at 2:45 there was a sign saying "on break til 3:00" so I waited. I noticed she was sitting in the waiting area. I counted 10 customers that came and went to the Chinese booth next to Sansei. Well 3:00 came and she did not move. I thought if I went to stand there she would get up, she didn't, until 3:10. Then she stood in the kitchen laughing and talking for 5 more minutes.By this time 5 other people arrived .She took ALL the orders at once. When our food was completed, she called out all the numbers and told us to "get it iff the counter" while ALL THE LIDS were open. When I asked for a bag her response was, "I don't bag it or close it, I just cook it." As much as I LOVE their Beef and Chicken Teriyaki, it is NOT worth dealing with rude employees. It bears mentioning that when I was there last week, she NEVER got off her cell phone and took AND cooked my order without ever ending her personal call. That's how I recognized her today. Rude individual who does not value being employed during a time when other businesses are closing due to low business.

Just went here and the Hispanic lady working up front very rudely said you see the note saying we're closed, just poor service, she could've said it more politely

Doesn’t even deserve one star. I calmly walked up as a first time customer at 4:47 on a Sunday. The girl shoved the closed sign in my face and told me they were closed in a very rude tone and said “you can’t see the sign?” All this before I had a chance to say anything. I said I was just trying to get some sushi rolls (that were already made, sitting on the counter) and she said that they are closed and they are throwing them away. I had also said “you are being very rude for no reason”. She replied by saying “I don’t care, we’re closed” I then walked away and made this post.

First time trying this place out. Had the veggie egg rolls. They were made fresh to order. The female employee was nice enough to cut the egg roles in half. That made them easier to share.

Service is awesome even when they are busy. There was fast, efficient, and courteous service. The place has a great feel to it.
