We went to the counter. A young woman was sitting behind the counter, reading a book. She looked up and saw us standing at the counter but instead of helping us, she went back to reading her book. After 2 minutes of waiting, we left.I wonder if there’s a secret code to get the employee to get coffee for us??Kid-friendliness: There was no “friendliness” to anyone!!

Barista was super friendly and wait was very minimal. 10/10 will get coffee again.Kid-friendliness: Kid drinks and snacks.Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps on both sides of the stand and counters are low enough for a chair.

The workers at sertinos in parkdale mall are all so awesome and sweet. I get coffee almost every day and they don’t even seem to be annoyed with me yet! Truly love their service and dedication to their customers.

Ok real talk, I think they fired the rude guy that everybody is talking about in the comments, because I work in the mall that this coffee shop is located in and I love them!! They are kind, efficient, helpful, and I have never had anything but positive experience with custom orders. They are better than Starbucks and I have yet to order something from their menu that I didn’t like! Ngl I have converted a lot of Starbucksers to Sertinosies with a single snickers frap!!Ps. on the rare ocasión that I have had an order take too long, they always give me a complementary Cookie for the wait.
