I honestly had high expectations for this place, however I left very disappointed. The food was 3/5, but the place was absolutely dirty, literally full of garbage under the tables. Not just my table but the whole place. They should pay more attention to the hygiene of the place because they are large companies and can take care of that. If you go out to eat with your family somewhere you would expect it to be clean and pleasant.

Our waiter Gage was so amazing, he was always on top of the table making sure we were good!!! I loved that the assistant Manager and the Manager came to the table to check on how everything was! Gage even brought to go drinks for the table!!! Service was amazing super fast seating didn’t have to wait very long to get our table!!! Over all had an amazing time there!!! Thanks Gage for making it so good for us!!!

My order, as usual, came out wrong. I can't for the life of me understand why I cannot get a steak cooked to order. I want medium it comes out raw. I order medium well it comes out black. I specifically ask for NO SEASONING whatsoever and it comes out reeking of garlic and too much salt. I'm not sure if there is a single brain cell working in that whole restaurant. Their attention span is no better than a toddler.

Food old tasting and dry. Missing items. Steak and broccoli was not cooked right. My daughter shrimp look like they ate them and put them back on the plate. It was horrible I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat here
Wait time was minimal using the online wait list. We went for a late lunch on Easter. Host staff and server were pleasant. The food was far from what I've experienced at other Texas Roadhouse locations. The steak was unevenly cooked. The edge was cooked as ordered. But by the third bite, it was much less cooked. Left majority of steak on plate. Another entree consisted of pulled pork. I've never experienced pulled pork served as pictured. Just chunks of pork consisting of mostly fat. Out of all meats ordered, only 3 bites of steak were consumed. Sides were on par with Texas Roadhouse norms.

Service was great and it stops there. Very noisy inside to the point that we had trouble understanding our waitress. Steak we ordered had an over abundance of fat on it and was not a good cut of meat. Chicken fried chicken had no taste and mash potatoes were watery. Will not return. Better steaks across the street.

The food is great, the prices are just right and employees are ok sometimes depends on how they are feeling. Overall a really good experience.Parking: There are a ton of parking spots if you can not find a spot you are not looking.
Last night I ordered Roadkill with a Caesar salad and loaded sweet potato. The salad was overdressed. The chopped steak was swimming in grease. The potato was mushy on the bottom like it was either overcooked or bad or both. And my stomach is JACKED UP today. The waitstaff was attentive though. I just feel like I ate actual Roadkill now.

Had the worst experience......ordered food for the family and a burger was burnt on the outside and cold raw on the inside when ordered it to be well done, a steak was slimy and raw when ordered to be well done, and my child's burgers were burnt. Like charcoal burnt and everything was heavily seasoned and heavily salty. And the worst part the rolls were hard. Hopefully I get my money back and the food gets better......wasted a good $70. I get times are tough and working sucks but in the food industry if you can't cook then that job isn't for the person. I hope it gets better cause I see almost 5 stars and I love this restaurant so much. all the other times before was no issue except the food was overly seasoned.
