The manager, June, always greets us with a smile and checks in on our family.“

“This place is a hidden gem! I ordered the Yummy Chicken Bowl (~$18) and it is the perfect example of simple ingrediants coming together to make a great dish. The stir fried onions and peppers paired well with the sweet and spicy Korean sauced chicken and the rice base was really filling as well. While the pieces of meat are diced a little small, there was more than enough where I didn't run out before the other ingredients, which was nice. While it would be nice to have bit more room than the 2 seats to have the option to dine in, this is a takeout place through and through. As long as you are cool with that I'd recommend making the trip out to check this place out. Very tasty!“

Their miso soup is phenomenal, and the tonkatzu ramen had a great flavor to the broth, however I do wish there were some more add ins for the ramen. “We were wanting to try a ramen place that we had never eaten at before. Hoshi Ramen is in a shopping strip off Keller Main St and parking was a lille packed. We were served with water quickly and gave our order, and the food came out super fast. My wife ordered the seafood pancake and Texan tonkotsu ramen. I ordered chicken karrage and a large spicy bulgolggi tonkotsu ramen. The pancake and karrage were delicious, in fact the karrage might be the best I've had in a while. The ramen was really good, I would not put in my top 5, but it still was really good. I would recommend Hoshi Ramen as a good ramen spot.“

“They are on time with my water softener and ***** did a great job. The only difference I noticed was that the Nuvis *** that I was getting was actually branded as an Onit system. Ofcourse they actually sent me in writing that I have a *********** So I am okay here. ***** my sales person did a good job of follow up. “Went here with a friend, we ordered the fried mini egg rolls as the appetizer, they looked really good and tasted amazing. She ordered the fried rice and I ordered the buttered fried wings, as the menu was a little complicated for us. The fried was massive and she gave me some of it, very good. I loved my buttered fried chicken, among the best I ever ate. She had a couple shots and our waitress was attentive, as we left are waitress was replaced with someone I already knew and she's really cool. The place looks really cool and I definitely recommend going early if you're bringing kids since it turns clubish at night.“

She offered me a seat and stated that she would bring my order out as I chose to dine in. I ordered the Cajun Sushi Roll and Wow, this sushi did not disappoint. Might I add there was a little kick to the sushi but it wasn't unbearable, it just made it flavorful. Also, the sushi was topped with crawfish and avocado. Oh and while dining in, I noticed this restaurant received a lot of delivery orders. Just an FYI for those whom may want some sushi via a delivery service. Overall, the only thing I was disappointed in was myself because it took me sooo long to try this restaurant. “Food is great.Desiree was cool at first until she forgot to charge me for a drink. I asked for my cup from one of the cooks while she was busy and while I was getting my drink she said I hadn’t asked for a drink.Every time I come here I ask for a drink. And making it seem like it was my fault when it was clearly an elderly hearing issue really pisses me off. I asked for a drink, you didn’t charge me for it and you wanted to argue with me about whose fault it is. Rule #1 never argue with the customer and escalate the situation. That’s a Carl’s Jr policy and I’m surprised a nicer place could’ve abide by that policy. I’m never tipping again.“

They improved the size of their rolls and I enjoyed the innovative flavor of their Two Face Roll and size of fish in their Salmon Roll. We will be back!The kitchen orders were fantastic! Milk tea tastes watered down, but hey, it was for free and wasn't the worst, so whatever. Other people came in to order just their drinks, so I'm sure the other choices are good. Service and time to get food was fast. The young lady in the front was so kind and patient with me since it was my first time there. I got the orange chicken with fried rice combo. Food came piping hot! Like, PIPING. Not the sit on the counter with the heat lamp kind of deal. PIPING. Orange chicken was great, and so were the orange slices. “Just gave this place a try, and I loved the chashu bao, it tasted very similar to adobo and the meat was very tender. I also loved the their chicken wings, it was crispy, fresh, and flavorful. The baozi didn’t have a good meat to bun ration though imo, there was just too much breading and was just a bit bland. The beef baos were decent, just too much veggies imo. Everyone has a different palette though, so give this place a shot!“
