This place is a hidden gem! I ordered the Yummy Chicken Bowl (~$18) and it is the perfect example of simple ingrediants coming together to make a great dish. The stir fried onions and peppers paired well with the sweet and spicy Korean sauced chicken and the rice base was really filling as well. I had the combination bowl with steak and shrimp. It was good. Everything was so fresh. It's cooked to order and takes about 10 minutes. Inside was really clean and the lady at the counter was very friendly. Seating is limited. I tried the egg rolls and wasn't a big fan of them. Next time I'll try the dumplings and the Yummy Chicken bowl.

My wife and I finally tried this restaurant, and it was very good. We got the shrimp rice bowl. It was made fresh and enjoyed the shrimp, rice, and vegetables. It came with two sauces. Not sure what they were, but both were very good. In talking with the counter person found out this is a family business with one store. We will be returning and supporting this Coppell business in the future.
