“For the price point, it was well worth it. The service was great and attentive, the meat was delicious, and the choices were great! We were immediately seated for our reservation. Only complaint is that two of us hadn't even made it back from the first trip to the salad bar, with all our cards still on red, and they were already serving and slicing up meat for the rest of our table. Felt a little rushed, but at least they were speedy! Overall only spent an hour in there- it's not a slow dining experience like the competitor.“

“We come here for the sushi. It's our favorite place to go when we're in the mood for it. We often get the spicy salmon roll, the pacific roll, the avocado roll, and the calamari roll. My husband also enjoys the gyoza and orange chicken from time to time. The atmosphere is nice and they're always welcoming. The manager, June, always greets us with a smile and checks in on our family.“

She was soooo happy. For an adult (wise old man) to join in her imagination.... Priceless. It was at that moment I knew we had found our permanent sushi place. His lack of language did not impact his sincere and sweet gesture. We were both delighted.In fact, just this weekend, we were discussing sushi and this place... “MidCities Cafe is a must try if you’re looking for good food for breakfast, brunch or lunch. They open from 7am-2pm. The owner (Jenny) and her wait staff; specially Aiden and Jessica are so nice, attentive and so polite! Their service is always outstanding. I come in at least twice a month on a Sunday during brunch time. I come either by myself or with my two daughters; they love the it too. They always get the steak and eggs. Ever since I started to come here they have been so welcoming. I’ve been coming here since 2020. The place is always clean. The food is outstanding. Let's start with why we keep coming back. IT'S CHEAPISH! Download the app, and take advantage of their promotions, like the buy one get one deal. With enough points collected you'll get further discounts. There's value here. Next, the extras are worthy of consideration. Like, the fresh hot rolls baked right in view of the diners. They will eventually make their way to your table, offered by the baker. They are complimentary, so take full advantage. If you like fried okra, order a basket when you are at the meat cutting station. They'll fry up a batch especially for you. Also, they serve sides the way I wish all of them would do. You get a plate with meat and two sides. To me, that's a meal. I don't want to be forced to order a pint of this, a quart of that. I just want a complete meal; and, you'll get exactly that at Spring Creek. Now about the meats. The brisket and ribs are fine, nothing to get excited about. They have large smokers, and the brisket has a prominent smoke ring. You'll also smell smokey when you leave. Like most barbecue joints, whether you get excellent cuts or if you're served dried shoe leather depends upon lots of variables. This restaurant is inconsistent. So, your experience may vary with each visit. We have consistently found good quality in their smoked chicken and their sausages. The chicken is moist and thoroughly smoked. My family always likes that the sausages aren't too spicy. Consider both of these meats with your order. Regarding the ambiance, I've already mentioned the restaurant is large. It can easily accommodate big group gatherings. I've also mentioned it's smokey. Country western music plays over the speakers, and there's definitely a laid-back Texas vibe going on. It can get a little noisy, but you can still hear folks at your table. Overall, if you're a true barbecue purist, this isn't your kind of barbecue restaurant. For everyone else, you'll think it's fine. Enjoy!“

“First time visitor and it was BOMB! From the service to the food, it was AMAZING! Hubs got the mushroom Philly, I got a hamburger and our friend order the FAT FREAD! We were very surprised when the place was pretty much empty at 8:00 on a Saturday night! Tortilla soup was good, but the rice in it was undercooked. Flats and cilantro rice were good.
