“This location is generally very good. At Peak times, it can be busy, and there is what feels like it unnecessary weight. The quality of the sandwiches is very consistent come and actually better than other locations. The store is always well cap and clean. I get the impression it is very well managed.“
“I frequent the other sub place nearby. Whenever I visit that sub spot, I end up with a sad veggie sub since the meat options there don't quite do it for me. So, I decided to give Jersey Mike's a shot instead.I ordered the mini Chipotle Turkey Sub with hot chopped pepper relish on Rosemary Parmesan Bread, and boy, was I pleasantly surprised! The sandwich was packed with flavor and so satisfyingly hearty. I could even taste the deliciousness of the bread itself! This might just be my new go-to spot for subs. Plus, ordering online made the whole process quick and easy for pickup.If you're calorie-conscious, opt for the mini subs because their regular-sized subs can be high in calories. “By Subway standards, the food chain s great. The ingredients were fresh and the meats were tasty.The staff performed their jobs well, but they weren’t very welcoming. I got the impression I was interrupting something. It was kind of early, but still..I wish the location was a little more convenient (it’s tucked away a bit so you may have to hunt for it).What really bothers me about this location is actually the interior. This is still a fairly new shopping center, so why this Subway seems so rundown already is puzzling. A little facelift could make this a really nice local Subway.“
“Extremely good and high quality subs.Bread isn’t always the softest but it’s good quality and tastyStaff are competent and not what I’d call UNfriendly, but certainly no one would call them friendly.Atmosphere is just your typical tables in a lobby, just a place you eat if you’re hungry and cant eat at home or don’t want to eat in your car.Cleanliness inspires confidence.Not cheap. And a drink and chips are like 5 MORE bucks. But hey it’s good food.I will definitely come back, but probably just to pick up my hopefully pre ordered food as I do not like feeling like I’m bothering someone when their entire job is to service the customer.Support local by eating here.Parking: Plenty of free parking spots are narrow but there are about2 football fields worth of parking.“
“I love this location so much, i work at the ulta near by and i come in almost every day for my lunch, and the staff is amazing, not only are they so kind to me but they’re super time efficient and they remember my order and name! every time me and my coworkers come in we feel so welcome.“
“Walked into a very clean JJ with people enjoying their lunches. The guys making a large order stopped everything for a walk-in like me. Asking how I am and addressed me with Miss which made me feel good. All being so kind and sounded like they enjoy each others' company working together. My meals were done in under 5 minutes and then they continued making a large lunch for an order. I loved too how one asked for my bag of chips to slip into the bag so I would t be stuck holding my phone, two drinks and purse. It helped a lot!“
“Thundercloud is always good, a NY Italian and a Ladybird... Maybe an office favorite... A great dinner you can feel good about. This was a particularly interesting visit to Thundercloud, we've never been to this location coming from south Austin. The staff was very young and were very busy with call ahead orders. As we were ordering, we didn't wait too long, it seemed as though they were out of several ingredients tomatoes, there was concern over turkey and how much bread was left. Not sure when deliveries arrive but it looked like it would be a long night. All in all the subs were good, as always.“

“I work right around the corner, and this place is my go to lunch/dinner spot!Along with being absolutely delicious, the service is amazing. It's rare to find people these days who are willing to take the time to remember you and ask how you're doing no matter what they're dealing with at work.Austin, Anthony, Vince, Marty, Carroll, Gordon, Corey, the list goes on. “I love steak subs and I love getting them at Jersey Mike's! This location specifically is awesome. First of all, they are always clean and they always have employees cleaning up the premises and leaving the dining area tidy. Second, I have a very specific (weird) way I like to order my steak subs, and not only do they not give me attitude, they always get it right! My steak sub always comes out exactly the way I order it and tasting delicious. This is an awesome location.“
“I love dropping by this place. First, Thundercloud, in my opinion, is the bust sub shop in Austin. I always found the service to be prompt and courteous along with a great atmosphere of a small sandwich shop. It's one of my favorite treats.Vegetarian options: I'm not vegetarian, but I do know they have goid options.Parking: It's in a strop center with lots of parking.Dietary restrictions: Same as the vegetarian options. “I love the product these guys sell and the idea that they help local fire departments with donations and well deserved recognition is an awesome platform to build upon. They have always been a bit pricier than some other options but when compared dollar for dollar you truly get what you pay for. Great food from high quality ingredients made to order is the name of their game and they always deliver. Not super fast but on par with other spots nearby so its always a good choice.“
“This was awesome! Never heard of it before, so I'm not one of those locals who have been missing it from previous encounters. In this case, I didn't know that I had been missing it but now my heart and stomach know about it and I can't go back to not knowing. It's 30 minutes from my house but I don't think that's too far, so I'll be back. I got the beef South Philly with jalapenos, and a side of onion rings (and their special mustard). To me, Lakeway is extremely limited re: reasonably priced restaurants (& of food genre she likes), combined with seating that's conducive of conversation. Getting tired of the usual few. Was sad that the TC Subs in Lakeway closed, but that's ok because Bee Cave isn't far!“
