“The woman taking our order was just fine, she was friendly and the experience was just perfect, although the other worker who was "mopping" for the night was barely even pushing the mop across the floor, he would just push it and drag it behind him like he was just painting the floor with some water rather than using some actual effort to clean. And to make matters worse, he wasn't wearing shoes, just socks. I'd understand not wanting to leave shoe prints on a clean floor but not having shoes on in front of customers isn't a good sight“
“Went to a Subway after 2 months and Joshua made the perfect sandwich for my family. He was very patient as each one of us wanted different options of the veggies, meat, condiments and confirmed every detail when not sure. Great work handling a lot of customers near closing time.“
“I ordered 3 footlong sandwiches to go at this location. There were only 2 employees working while I was there. I was disappointed I had to request more vegetables on almost all of the sandwiches while they were being prepared. I always say, make it like it was for yourself, or at least like the display photos. Everyone was happy with their sandwiches when I returned home. Only complaint is that I should not have to teach you how to make a sandwich.“
“Been going here since 2017 and the quality has never dipped. Grilled to order proteins or avocado with super fresh toppings. Service has always been great. I do miss the thick cut pickles. The cookies taste like they bake them themselves and I love it.“

“I was pleasantly surprised to find out Thundercloud Subs has a NEW gluten-free sub roll. The associate making my sub; changed his gloves, got a new cutting board and knife without me having to ask. “2 weeks ago I found out that Ike's is in the Austin area. Shame on me! I used to go to Ike's back when we lived in CA. I'm so happy they are here. I placed a decent size order today and the way the team prepared it was amazing. Everything was organized and on time. “Had a really good experience at this location today! The girl with the blue hair at the front counter was super courteous while putting together one of their Big Paul sandwiches (highly recommend)! I also ordered their Zen smoothie and was super tasty as well. Really digged all the quirky decor on the walls celebrating old Austin/indie culture (with a big canvas of a supercell thunderstorm to satisfy my inner weather n*** to boot)! The only real con was that the floor was a little dirty in places, but with Deftones and Radiohead playing in the store as I enjoyed my meal as a finishing touch, I gotta give two thumbs up! ??“
