“It lives up to the name, Fresh! I would certainly give this place more than 5 stars if I could. Not only is the food here delicious, the service is great and the facility is clean & convenient. They have numerous food choices for everyone's palate, including Halal meat choices. The prices are fairly reasonable and they do not skimp out on portions either. I've tried the Philly Cheesesteak with Fries and the Spicy Southwest Chicken Sandwich, both of which were delicious! If you are looking for tasty, healthy, and affordable food, do give this spot a try!“

“My daughter made a mobile order and she ordered to the wrong location. Even though they had prepared the food at the other location , Cis helped us out and made the food at Bellaire with no extra charge. “We stopped here to eat lunch after an appointment we had on their side of town. I was leary at first because I don't drink and initially thought from the name that it would be more along the lines of bar food. Pleasantly surprised at their extensive menu. The food was good. Interestingly enough, the menu and plates mimic that of Local Table - almost to a "t". I had the kabob plate and didn't see a difference in the presentation or flavor. I wonder if the owner of 401 owns Local Table.“

“Great food and good service. Nice ambiance as there are two big patios and tables are spread out so your not sitting to close to others. They do sell hookah but the smoke wasn't overwhelming like some other establishments and plus the patio is wide and open. No alcoholic drinks but some very tasty mocktails. I subtracted one star due to the valet being so unorganized.“

“Finally was able to try Big Bite and so glad I did. I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap and a gyro. Both were very good with lots of meat and the classic flavors you are looking for. Meat was tender, juicy and not over salted. Sauces were all great and the chili sauce had a nice little kick.Luckily, the owner showed up while I was there because he told me that the ‘over rice’ things are what they are know for. He hooked me up with a sample that blew me away with that flavor packed rice. That is the way to go. Excellent!! You don’t have to be out at the bars to stop by and grab some grub. So make a stop!“

“This restaurant is amazing. I really enjoyed my food. I ordered the half grain and half greens bowl with braised lamb and falafel. The breeze lamb was juicy and delicious and the falafel was awesome. The cucumber mint lemonade is to die for. This place based on food would be a 10 out of 10, but because the service was not great I had to takeoff a star. I would recommend knowing what you want before you come here because the staff was a little impatient with me asking a couple of questions (I have allergies so I have to ask).“

Not the same case for the sides or rice, but the protein portion is quite small, which is why I gave 4 stars. If the protein portion increases, this would be my go to lunch spot!“

We received multiple types of hummus, baba ganoush, dips, sauces, and breads, amazing meat board with lamb and octopus as well as salad and an Israeli tiramisu dish. Each course was paired with generous samplings of wines from around the world. if you haven't been at this place it's a must try especially if you like Mediterranean food. The atmosphere is classy however it's very family friendly. “We had recently gotten married at the wine cellar here, followed by the nine course menu with the Premium wine pairing. We were beyond pleased with every aspect of the evening. The food was phenomenal. The wine was wonderful, and so perfectly paired. And to top it off, the service was outstanding. Also, watch out! The bar makes such tasty drinks! You would think you wouldn’t drink more in addition to a 9 course wine paring…but the cocktails were so fabulous we just kept drinking up!We couldn’t be more grateful to Mae, who helped us coordinate the evening weeks before. “I have a nutrition certification and this place passes all of my tests for good quality food. I got decaf coffee and the eggless pancakes. Great! You must try it. They make all of their food from scratch and make a lot of homemade sauces. So worth going!“

“It matters to me, how employees are treated by their management. Where I spend my money matters especially now. An employee was serving a client ahead of me in a To-go platter. As he serves the gentleman. A man, about 5’10, black curly hair, in a fitted well ironed stripped long sleeve button up with black slacks came around to “help” as I assumed. But instead he grabs the platter out of the employees hand as he towers over him, looks him up and down, SCOFFS, and his facial expression didn’t match the situation, it was discuss and distain. Mind you, it was about tabouli being put in a place in the To-Go box. This happened in front of me, and in front of another client. He says nothing to the employee but an eye roll. And proceeds to serve the other client. Why does it matter? Why do I care? I have worked in the food industry my whole life, and just like that man treated the employee I too was treated in such ways. If you don’t understand, I’m sorry you have lived a life of convenience and haven’t had to experience being mistreated. The food is excellent the, the place is clean. The only thing that is lacking, is their humanity. Do better. Be kinder.“

“Lots of options for lunch: variety of salad options, dips with the thick bread, lots of different meats in rice and as sides, and a few different sweet options. Can't go wrong with the baklava and square looking plain cane/bread thing. I didn't care for the orange looking dessert. Babaganoush and variety of hummus and tabouli was great. The fried cauliflower was really good too with the slices of meat I assume is beef. I had some chicken/ drumsticks in the rice mix and one in a tomato broth that was good and juicy. Love dark meat not the dry chicken breasts. Only dry meat with the skewer type/ kabob. It was ok. There's no lamb shank. At least not for their lunch buffet. The drink option had a pink drink I think is a Rose drink of sort.“

“Great food, great service, wines are reasonably priced. There is a $12 corkage fee if you bring your own. Only minor annoyance, and it's something they have no control over, is if you're seating outside there is a very active freight railroad track right next to the building. Some might be annoyed.“

It allows for more variety of choices and same portion sizes. Their pita bread is unlike any other. I love how fresh & warm the food is and the portions are HUGE. I have passed this place many times but never stopped by because the parking is terrible. I got the cheese empanadas and the potato and cheese empanadas. “This place just opened, and they are so nice and friendly, it's inside the Dudestop new gas station, I ordered a Philly cheese steak with no onion or bell pepper, and add mushrooms due my food allergy, and they fixed it with no complaints and were happy to serve me. My daughter had the chicken sandwich, it was so delicious, hot fresh and fast. They stay open till 2 am on weekends and midnight during the week.
