I guess my expectations are higher based on the traditional chic fil a locations around the country. I'm giving extra credit for the fact they are dealing with young college students most of the time but the overall attitude of staff just doesn't meet or exceed in any manner any of the other franchise locations. Usually there’s great service, but today (4/18/22 at 3pm) I asked for fries without salt, and the employee said it was not possible even though it has never been a problem. There was no rush so I don’t understand why she got an attitude when I asked for something so simple as fries without salt.

What can I say!It's Chic-Fil-A! Chicken Minis and chicken biscuits. was good! I said a mixture of sauces for the $72.00 worth of chicken. When they brought them out I asked for about 6 more packets of their sauce. The lady said "we already gave you a variety of sauces" and I said I know my grandkids really like their sauce but said they had already given me my sauces for my order!
