“I guess my expectations are higher based on the traditional chic fil a locations around the country. I'm giving extra credit for the fact they are dealing with young college students most of the time but the overall attitude of staff just doesn't meet or exceed in any manner any of the other franchise locations. They are trying to rush you along on your order and if you ask questions about an item it's somewhat answered in a condescending manner. Could be just the employee I have dealt with the last three times but it has been every time. Food is still great... but the employees here seem miserable and some of them wear it in their sleeves. Hope it gets worked out for the employee satisfaction here“

“Oh yes I did! It’s been about 20 years since I’ve eaten a Monte Cristo sandwich and this one did not disappoint. My husband’s burger was also great. Not much for atmosphere, but the food makes up for that. They let us bring a beer from next door. The teenagers running the Friday night were attentive, respectful and seemed to keep busy actually working. Loved it!“
“The lady working was extremely nice, and very knowledgeable and helpful. The meals were actually really good, including the "fit meals" too! Normally a "healthier" meal with replacements for the noodles or something is very hit or miss, but we loved the ones we got, and we loved that they were all 400 calories or under. The turkey meatballs would probably my favorite. The baked goods like the cookies were so so good as well. We live in Killeen and don't go to Temple often, but we will be stopping here every time we do now!“

“Olive Garden Temple, TX: A Tuscan Escape You Won't RegretLet me preface this by saying I wasn't exactly blown away by the Olive Garden near me. But the Olive Garden in Temple, Texas? That's a completely different story! Here's why this location is a winner:Fresh and Flavorful: This Olive Garden doesn't skimp on quality. The food tasted fresh and flavorful, a night and day difference from my experience back home. It felt like they prepared everything with care, and it showed.Service with a Smile: The staff at the Temple Olive Garden were fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and always there to make sure our experience was enjoyable. They made us feel welcome and valued, a big part of what makes a restaurant great.Clean and Inviting Atmosphere: The restaurant itself was clean and inviting. It had that classic Olive Garden charm, but it felt fresh and well-maintained.Same Delicious Menu, Elevated Experience: Listen, it's Olive Garden. You know the menu, and that's not a bad thing! Sometimes you just crave that creamy Alfredo sauce or a plate of their signature breadsticks. The Temple location delivered on those classic favorites, but with a noticeable step up in quality and overall experience.Temple Bonus: Maybe it's something in the Temple water, but everything just seemed to click at this location. Was it the friendly service? The fresh ingredients? Maybe a combination of both. Whatever it is, it made for a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. The Verdict: If you're in Temple and craving some Italian comfort food, look no further than the Olive Garden. It's a clear step above other Olive Garden locations I've been to. Great food, friendly service, and a relaxing atmosphere – what more could you ask for in a chain restaurant? Just be prepared for those endless breadsticks – they're dangerously delicious!“

“I was a little disappointed today when I picked up my order. I ordered the pick 2. I got the broccoli cheddar soup and the green goddess salad. The green goddess dressing barely wet the salad and my bread was so tiny. I was so sad, it wasn’t enough to eat with my soup. ?“

“After about 20 years of going to Jason's almost every week or two, today was the last day of going. The prices have be creeping up since 2020 and today was the decision to quit coming as it's just too expensive. Good bye my friend...“

“This particular Chick-fil-A is really good, short of the little demoralized person who took our order (she said she was tired, but wait, she just clocked in, ?) still she was very nice and attentive as is the norm on any Chick-fil-A. Our greeter gave us a big smile welcome, which automatically places the customers in a great mood, and our food was exactly as ordered and delicious as expected from this awesome American fast food chain. ? To end things, there was this little cute girl at the trash bin that literally dunked her disposables in the trash receptacle and gave her a big cheer, which made her smile and made my day. Great family atmosphere, for sure. Thanks.Parking: It's a little confusing if you are not used to eating there. To the point that people turn against traffic often. Other than that, it is adequate and with plenty of spaces.“

“Chick Fil A is known for their friendly service without a doubt. But a certain staff member can change that perspective, that is what happened on two occasions, with the same staff member. She had an attitude the whole time towards us , seemed like she didn't want to be there and could care less that our order was messed up.It wasn't the whole crew, just her and maybe one other person.“
