“Thursday night, April 22 around 8 pm we went to the Smoothie King at City View on Bryant Irvin Rd. Another customer went in right before us. We got in line behind her. The employees there did not acknowledge her, nor us. There was no, "We'll be right with you." What were the employees doing? They were sweeping and cleaning, and they kept right on cleaning despite us standing there. Well, that allowed us to really observe things. The male employee had sweated through his clothes, and he was wearing a disposable mask that looked to have blood on it. Also, he kept touching his mask. The female employee went off to the back with cleaning supplies while he kept on cleaning in the front. Okay, so minutes later when he got done, he used hand sanitizer. I would have rather he washed his hands with soap and water, as hand sanitizer only swishes things around, and he started servicing the lady in front of us. I told my husband that I wasn't comfortable with him making our drinks and we left.We left and went straight over to your Smoothie King, the one at 8907 Benbrook Blvd. This is the one we always go to except we had gone to the City View one because we had just left the Target near there. Anyways, at the Benbrook one ALL of your employees have always been awesome and quickly greeted us no matter what hour of the day. The store is always clean. I have actually never seen them cleaning, but it's always clean. The customer comes first at that store. The orders are done quickly and taste good. Your employees are always professional as well.The two stores are vastly different! One we will continue to go to as we always have been, the other one we will never step foot in again! A plus plus to the employees at 8907 Benbrook Blvd.“

“Loved the atmosphere and vibes of this place. I got a breakfast taco, dog treats, chlorophyll water, and kids strawberry almond smoothie. The taco was okay and the smoothie was good. My dog did not like the treats but it’s hit or miss with her. Definitely would come back to try some other things off the menu.“

“I frequent this place with one of my friends as it is a great place to enjoy boba tea while doing work! All of the flavors I’ve tried have been quite good and I’m never disappointed with the quality. They have little tablet things that you can order on if you get anxious and overwhelmed while ordering (they have so many options!), which is nice. The only thing I will say is if you are going soon and haven’t been there in a month or two, the taro milk tea I got a few days ago tasted different from when I got it a couple of months ago. My friend also swears that the black pearls are different. So maybe some recipe things have changed? I’m not sure. “We use to drive all the way to Fort Worth before. So glad we have it really close now. They have cakes that are not on the menu online. Everyone needs to try those. Buy it inside... “I wanna thank the young lady who took my order today before the psycho who tried to cut in front of me did, in his diesel pos dodge truck. He clearly knew i pulled up before him, not at the same time but minutes way before him and he thought it was okay to use their pattern i go you go next. No sir not with me. Not only had I got there before you, I also sat there a few minutes waiting to have my order taken before you even pulled up. He was ridiculous, rude did not get his way so he sped off through the side lane and scared the poor girl taking my order. It was a couple minutes before she finished what looked like a very delightful order for the couple ahead of us. My sons ordered a #9 takilocos and my daughter had a mangonada and there was a little confusion as to what a takilocos was supposed to be.
