I've had water thicker than the gravy they gave me. Also, I asked for spicy tenders , and when I called and asked the manager about how they apply the seasoning she said they just dump it on top of the pieces in the box. Regardless if they coat all the pieces. Then she was rude about me telling her they need to take more pride in their work. I will starve before I frequent another golden chick. And on top of that, they forgot one of my sides. So my $50 would of been better spent...read full review
My experience was absolutely phenomenal. The woman working the window by the name of Britney, was very friendly and courteous. She greeted me with an energetic "Welcome to Golden Chic", she gave me her full attention while taking my order, and she made sure that my order was complete before handing the bag with my order to me.. After a long day of driving, we stopped in passing through. The chicken was really good, fries were on point, and the dining room was nice and clean. If we ever pass through Big Springs again, this will be our stop.
