The food was overpriced and mediocre at best. The reason for the five stars is because my server Diego was fantastic. He was attentive without being peaty and he was very cordial. The experience would have been extremely negative without him.
Our waitress was on FIRE, her attitude and body language showed that she liked what she was doing. Will be back very soon and will ask for the same waitress...ON FIRE, VERY ENERGETIC...

The food is awesome (5), the service was fine (3), the Mariachi band was loud and obnoxious (1). Avg., 3 stars but Mariachi music is not indoor music. It is not background music. So if you're going to a restaurant to eat with your friends, you can skip Los Cucos Bryan if you want any conversation.
