I used the mobile order service and ordered ahead. I accidentally placed my order for pickup inside the restaurant instead of drive through. I am disabled and have chronic pain and desperately didn't want to have to walk in. I explained to the lady over the speaker that I had made an error and she very warmly told me that it was okay, and she'd have my drink at the window. I hadn't even mentioned that I was disabled, she just chose to lead with kindness. My drink was absolutely perfect, the staff was kind and friendly, and everything was handed off quickly and efficiently. I don't normally leave a review every time I go grab a coffee, but this lady made my day. I highly recommend the Iced Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea Latte- they make it perfectly.

My local Starbucks is always fast and when I left work last week for a pick me up, I had to sit in drive thru for 20 mins...but without an ounce of complaint from me they offered to give me my drink on the house for my time! 10 out of 10 recommend ?

Today they took 35 mins to give me my drink that I had preorder in the app. People who were ordering at the store got their items before me that I preordered 20 mins before I got there. To top it off when I got to work late I found out they gave me the wrong drink.

Wow! So impressed with the staff!!! The 20 minutes we sat there and enjoyed our drinks I noticed how hard the staff was working. They never stopped working. No one was on their phone. If there wasn’t a customer they were cleaning. Great team work! Keep it up ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
