I used the mobile order service and ordered ahead. I accidentally placed my order for pickup inside the restaurant instead of drive through. I am disabled and have chronic pain and desperately didn't want to have to walk in. I explained to the lady over the speaker that I had made an error and she very warmly told me that it was okay, and she'd have my drink at the window. My local Starbucks is always fast and when I left work last week for a pick me up, I had to sit in drive thru for 20 mins...but without an ounce of complaint from me they offered to give me my drink on the house for my time! 10 out of 10 recommend ?
