the food is very subpar. really bland, unseasoned, too much cheese in every dish and not enough meat. taco bell has better food. i’ve tried this place 4-5 times and everytime they give me a wrong item or no salsa.
I gave Taco Cabana 3 tries. The first time they were phenomenal, the loaded nachos were amazing, and the workers were friendly. The second time I got loaded nachos with only 2 ingredients and friendly staff. The 3rd time I again got loaded nachos with only half of the listed ingredients, and that time the staff was very short and disinterested. I can't comprehend why the toppings are hard to remember, its listed plainly on the menu what it comes with. I will not be going back.

The service was slow. They had a lot of cabinets and tables, moved around in the kitchen, and was washing the floor with a water hose. The floor was very dirty. This was needed badly, but they shouldn't be doing this during business hours. It showed how much food and trash that was on the ground.
