We live a couple hours from the nearest Hat Creek. Luckily we were in Buda for a volleyball tournament and after a very long day decided to grab some hat Creek for the road trip home. So we went ahead and ordered over the Internet when we got to the restaurant. The food was ready to go. I love that hat creek offers delicious gluten free options and makes it easy to order. The good is consistent and always fantastic. It is really hard to find great fast food and especially difficult to find gluten free options.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free fried chicken and buns available. No need to worry about fryer contamination either.
