The drive through is incredibly slow at all times. It’s like they only have 1 person ever staffed. Their orange chicken is often not fresh and they are frequently out of Dr Pepper. Mismanaged location and Pandas service standards continue to decline store by store.

Not Yours

Went with my family, and my youngest didn't want anything. Tried the firecracker shrimp, zero heat, and not much flavor. The same goes for broccoli and beef. The food was warm and bland. Second Panda that had mediocre food, might be time to write off Panda.

The fried rice is delicious, similar to the fried rice we eat in Taiwan.The diced chicken and vegetables are BBQ fried, not fried with soy sauce, so they have a Mexican flavor.

Placed online order, received text that my order was ready. I understand thatLobby was closed went in and asked about purchasing items seen on the table. Was told by employee that I was not able to purchase said item team member tried to justify the issue waiting 20 extra minutes for an order placed prior. Save the drive go to a different restaurant.

Came in 25 minutes before they closed and this was all they had left which is not good for business and customers will be disappointed so dont come in last minute and the manger should be told not to put all the food away until they actually

I ordered a bowl with fried rice and string bean chicken. Tell me why I have THREE SMALL PIECES OF CHICKEN IN THIS? Complete rip off. I have half the mind to go back and do this in person, but im not going to waste my time. DO NOT go here.

Just be aware, this is the first restaurant in America in 25 years where I have been charged for a (tap) water cup. To make it worse, they did not even tell me they would charge for that.Finally, they charged the wrong price for my kids juice and rang it up as a more expensive drink than the posted menu price.

I don't know why all the poor reviews we ate her tonight and the food was hot fresh and service was fast and friendly. The dining area was clean and well laid out. I would come back for sure
