“My husband is the steak eater of the family and says Perini is the best. I love the grilled chicken and dusted shrimp. My go to side dish is the green chili hominy. The salad is fresh tasting and the rolls served before the meal are delicious. Dessert? Hands down the strawberry shortcake- a different take than what most of us are familiar with. Warm strawberries are served over homemade sugar biscuits with a little pitcher of cream.”

“Don’t sleep on Silver Buffalo Saloon! Kicking myself for not going out there sooner. Both the service and our food was perfect. Kaitlyn was our waitress and she was extremely personable, attentive and funny. The appetizers came out quick and hot; cheese stick, I don’t know what they put in that breading but it was amazing and the chips and dip were great. You can tell they make their chips in house. Delish. Both the chicken fried steak and chicken fried chicken with jalapeño gravy were massive! The sides were just right; mashed potatoes, okra and jalapeño corn. As a sweet tea snob I was very impressed with theirs. I even had a tea to go. When we were finished we had an easy two more meals out of our leftovers. For the price, service and atmosphere you just can’t beat it! This IS our new favorite place! 💕”

“I love Statesman Coffee (Treadaway) and always enjoy my dirty chai latte. However, my recent visit left me a bit disappointed. Today, I ordered my usual latte and noticed that it was noticeably less than full— it only had less than 3/4..the rest was foam. Considering my past experiences here, I assumed it was just an off day and decided to reach out to the staff to let them know about the issue. I don’t remember who I spoke with but she was incredibly understanding and apologetic about the situation. She acknowledged the mistake and offered to remake our drinks right away. Unfortunately, I was already at work and could not take the time to go back. Instead, she promptly refunded my money without hesitation. While the initial disappointment of receiving less than a full cup of coffee was there, I truly appreciate the way Statesman handled the situation. Their customer services was top notch - they listened, apologized sincerely, and took immediate action to make things right. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how a business responds to those mistakes that truly sets them apart. I’ll continue to frequent Statesman for their great coffee and now, even more so, for their exceptional customer care!”

“Love this place. Fun, great staff, excellent pizza, salads, and value for your money. Now, the bad. I hate every available seating surface. The metal chairs suck and are wildly uncomfortable. The only less comfortable chair I can imagine are the stools. Let’s not forget the picnic table designed for 6 year olds. Get new chairs. Find ones with pads and seats larger than a paperback book. Other than that, great place!”

“(copy and pasted from my Google review) Tried Joe's for the first time this evening for take out. We got a NY style pizza with Alfredo sauce, spinach, and mushrooms. It was absolutely wonderful! Very fresh and as if the ownerscooks understood the taste profile. Loved it. Also had the focaccia, it isn't like I was expecting but it did NOT disappoint. I loved the blast of garlic and herbs, the mozzarella was so good. Tried the Pasta Samper (Lasagna, Pene Pasta, Manicotti) I love the amount of cheese that covered the dish. The stuffing in the manicotti was so creamy and smooth. I really enjoyed the beef in the dish is well very flavorful and cooked well. The salad with the house dressing is simply delightful. I could tell they were very busy this evening and even then they did not skip out on customer service and making sure the orders were right. No corners cut here. The food was hot, fresh, and overall a wonderful experience. Thank you for this amazing meal will definitely be back. Would love to try the stuffed pizza, calzone, or even Tarimissu next time. (I was tempted but already had plenty of food to sample) Keep up the great work definitely a great value especially with the cost of inflation these days and having to choose wisely where to go when dining out. I can't say enough great things about y'all. Even my partner who is part Italian on their father's side loved the sauce.”

But there was a mental patient there who was roaming the restaurant. He was trying to talk to and hug every young female there. So parents watch your daughters when you go places like this.”
