Went for lunch today. Appetizer fried pickles was half the size it used to be and cost way more. My wrap came out 5 minutes before the rest of our parties meals. When I asked for our ticket I was told to scan the QR Code in middle of the table and pay that way. I should not have to manually enter all my gift card and credit card information into my phone when you can take the cards and go swipe them. NO SIR. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! BWW has gone down hill.
Man i love bww but this one just isnt it.Came at 3pm got order taken at 3:15 got appetizers around 3:40. Its now 4:30 and haven’t got food. Mind you NO ONE is here! At most i count 5 tables being used, i can hear my own voice across the room.
