“Food is bar food. Had a salad and it was very basic and small. Tried fries, so very greasy. Tried shrimp tacos, not too bad, burger was good. Appetizer plate is smaller than previous order but decent. Just remember fries are NOT GOOD due to grease infusion.Let's talk about drinks. Cold and good and decent pricedService is good, lots of attention and friendly faces. Manager comes around to visit and asks how all is going, that's a nice touch.Vast options on drinks but you have to d/l an app which is a pain but gives you loads of options.I just repeated myself :)It's still a family place with a game room and lots of tvs for sports. You can sit in dining room or bar or outside with patio options. “Put 5 stars so it will be at the top. The waiter (Mitchell) was snatching stuff out of my hand. And having attitudes because I asked them to add more strawberry to my strawberry lemonade. They tried charging me to fix it and I declined it. So they got upset. And didn’t come back to the table to check on us. I noticed and asked for the check. Which he brought back with the charge that I had declined . He was supposed to bring a fixed one back but kept walking passed us. I walked up to the manager and asked her and she rolled her eyes. He came and got my card and swiped it and it declined cause it was locked . I asked him to hold on while I unlocked it. And he proceeded to swipe it again and brought it back saying it declined and I didn’t have enough funds but said it loud like he was trying to embarrass me but I just stated for him to try it again and then he said I DID real loud. So I just asked for my card back so I could leave . Then they called the police on me and they came and said I can’t go back to that location or it’s criminal trespassing. I said I won’t because of how poorly I was treated . And the manager was the one who called them. Before they got there she was yelling at me in my face and I put my hand in her face and said mam please swipe my card so I can go. She said you can go when the police gets here and she KEPT my card. I was literally the only black person in the building. When I walked in I felt their energy change . They didn’t even talk to my Caucasian friend in a bad way. Just me . I was crying so bad. And embarrassed.“
“Took my daughter out of school for a daddy daughter day. We decided it's been ages since we had Buffalo Wild Wings. It's always a fun place to go together. We used to frequent the Mansfield location quite regularly. It's always a fun place to watch games or play trivia on the screens. I prefer the trivia over sports. We had a wonderful together on this trip. There was only one waitress and the place was packed on a Monday afternoon. Told her might be awhile before we got the food. She got the 5 Garlic Parmesan and 5 Orginal hot. I ordered 5 Spicy Garlic (my favorite) 5 hot and 5 Asian Zing. Food came out super fast!. My daughter liked her Original Hot better than her Garlic Parmesan. We both really enjoyed our wings and spending time together. The last time we were at this location the wings we ordered here were SUPER small, this trip they were HUGE lol we way over ordered on food! Was glad to see this trip they improved the size of the wings! Like I said earlier there was surprised that there was only one waitress working the entire floor. She had to work super hard and fast to keep up! She also was busting tables. so mad kudos to her!! She was very attentive and friendly. I did have one issue at this location is that the bathrooms were pretty dirty. Probably leftovers from a busy weekend. I'm sure we will visit this location many times more in the future. Hope they keep a better eye on the bathrooms in the future“
“The service was not super fast and I am venturing a guess because I am not a guy which is fine; I get how the money ebbs and flows here and I do not blame the girls at all. Nature of the beast. It was decently packed by the bar area. Only had like 2 drinks. They were not very strong but thats ok because the food definitely made up for it. I would definitely come back here.“
“10/10! Tanaka, Tyler & Allison are amazing! You can tell they work great together. All 3 are great with making sure your drinks are filled, and you’re taken care of. Food is great too—although I haven’t tried a wide variety. Overall, vibes are great, I feel safe & taken care of!“
“HUGE improvement over Lucky's, or whatever the place used to be called. Servers are actually friendly and civilized! Pool tables, dart boards and shuffleboard are in good shape, restroom is acceptably sanitary. Drinks are reasonably priced, and live music performers are always good.The only thing missing is a place to go outside with drinks.“
“It's tucked behind a building in a parking lot by a Bingo Hall with a confusing set of double doors of which only one door works that may not be evident without a strong commitment to opening it against its will. The tables seemed nice, but I really liked the nice blue ones that weren't the same old puke green. It was pretty empty cause of COVID, but the bar staff were friendly and there was plenty of room to be comfortable at the bar and playing pool. I'll update if I see it busy at some point, but this was my first visit.“
