Attitude from the start from the entire team. Even after we came in, they continued to have attitudes with everyone else as well. None of the food was fresh and even had them make 2, and only one came out fresh somehow. And the cinnamon rolls barely had cinnamon. None of the machines worked aside from 1 race car game, and even the simple claw machines weren't filled up so it was impossible to even try. The exit door by the booth we were sitting at didn't close exactly how one of the employees wanted, and so he kept slamming it shut. Someone even couldn't get out and the Dad had to use his body force to get it open and the same guy that kept coming to close the door even was so ridiculous he tried to push or mop over my 3 year olds shoes as if he was in the way and gave a child a dirty annoyed look. These employees acted like they weren't closing in 2 hours. Nobody wanted to be there. Definitely not going back.

Great food for the price!! We took my 8 year old son here, he tried to get a piece of pizza but it was the buffalo chicken pizza so I warned him it's probably hot. He got a little upset until the gentleman behind the counter asked him if he liked Mac and cheese. As soon as my son said yes, he pulled out a fresh mac and cheese pizza for my kiddo to grab a piece of! Absolutely made his day!!

The Place was clean and organized, pizza was good, soda drinks were excellent, and the service was fast and accurate.If they'd had desert pizza ? like the bigger Cicis restaurants, I'd given it 4 stars. I'll definitely come back here, the kids had a great time at the arcade!

I rated the place a 4 star because the employees were kind and were back there cooking up more pizza even though they were running out. I didn't rate it a 5 however because they really should've cleaned the tables up a little more as there were multiple tables that had been dirty with food and etc left on them.

Pure nostalgia, great pizza for the price. I'll never have anything bad to say about Cicis. It's crowded but that's always a good thing.
We went there to meet up with family to exchange gifts. We got there before the rest of the family so we decided to eat first. No issues with our first visit that day. After we ate, we did leave to run some errands as we waited for the rest of the family to arrive at the restaurant. We met them and when we told the "Manager" Belinda what we had done and is planning on doing, she accused us of stealing food and as we tried explaining what we were doing, she told us I don't have time to deal with y'all and I'm going to help other guests. The other guests were surprised at how rude this lady was to us. Mind you it was cold and rainy. She told us we had to wait outside for our family to arrive. SMH. It was so bad other customers demanded for her manager's number when we asked for it, she wrote it down and threw the paper at us, just a number, no name.... Wow. After speaking to her manager, he had advised us he would speak to her and asked for my mailing address to make things right. I just realized an envelope from Cici's and included was just 4 coupons, no letter or acknowledgement of apology, just the coupons.... Hmmm. The envelope was hand written.., what happened to customer service....
