Idk who the guy was in there, but he was incredibly rude. His name started with a C I believe. He acted like everything was an inconvenience to him. He also missed some items in our order. Maybe he was having a bad day, idk but we just wanted some coffee to start our day off good and we ended up getting bad service. We were still pretty nice.
I love this Starbucks and everyone who works there is amazing. My drinks are always right, and everyone is so nice. Andrew "the grown man", as mentioned in the other review , is always incredibly friendly to me (probably because I'm not an a**hole, Kiara)! This is a really fast-paced and busy store compared to the other Starbucks locations in this immediate area, and I know the staff is always doing their best to keep up with the volume. Picking up a mobile order while grocery shopping WAS common but we have had quite a few drinks in a row that were made wrong, inconsistent, or missing items/ add-ons. Things are also routinely "out of stock" and never mentioned until we realize the drinks are wrong and ask about it. Sometimes it's a quick fix, others it's an entire drink remake.
