Picking up a mobile order while grocery shopping WAS common but we have had quite a few drinks in a row that were made wrong, inconsistent, or missing items/ add-ons. Things are also routinely "out of stock" and never mentioned until we realize the drinks are wrong and ask about it. Sometimes it's a quick fix, others it's an entire drink remake.

not sure who it was but his name started with a c and he had glasses and was working july 13th at around 3:45. his service was disrespectful. got our drinks wrong, didn’t speak at all to other customers such as me, and made hand movements like he was frustrated and sighed multiple times while he was taking my order. didn’t say a word when he set my drink down when he was finished.

Idk who the guy was in there, but he was incredibly rude. His name started with a C I believe. He acted like everything was an inconvenience to him. He also missed some items in our order. Maybe he was having a bad day, idk but we just wanted some coffee to start our day off good and we ended up getting bad service. We were still pretty nice.

I love this Starbucks and everyone who works there is amazing. My drinks are always right, and everyone is so nice. Andrew "the grown man", as mentioned in the other review , is always incredibly friendly to me (probably because I'm not an a**hole, Kiara)! This is a really fast-paced and busy store compared to the other Starbucks locations in this immediate area, and I know the staff is always doing their best to keep up with the volume. Even when it's hellaciously busy, they always make the time to greet me and make me feel welcomed. Keep up the good work!

Haley was fantastic! Probably one of the most consistent Starbucks we have had the privilege of going to through the years. And it is inside a Kroger grocery store, who would have thunk it? The drinks are always creamy and rich. Staff really knows their menu/selection(s).

"Andrea" , the grown man with the septum and the long matty hair frankly needs to lose the attitude and pick up on how to be professional. I don't appreciate the idiotic faces and sighs you made towards me as I'm standing right in front of you while you take my order. Spare yourself the disappointment of this Starbucks and make the trip to the one just down the road!
The barista literally let us sit for 15+ minutes in line, turns around and says “we’re closed.” It’s 7:45 and they close at 9!!!! This girl really needs to lose her attitude!

I enjoy going to this Starbucks, the baristas are always friendly, patient, and competent. I've used this one a few times and I've never walked away disappointed. They've made amazing drinks for me even when I was sorta clueless on what to order. They where able to give my 5 year old a strawberry drink he wanted based off his description of what he likes and what he usually got with his dad's girlfriend. :) I say this one is real awesome thank you for serving us.
