Store was empty when I came in, I don’t mind that bc I’ve worked retail and I know when you have some down time and no customers you may take a small break or do some clean up in the back/stock room. When an associate did come out I wasn’t greeted at all, which I thought was weird I usually say hello because it’s pretty standard to be greeted when you walk into a business. I used to love coming here, but the last several times, including tonight especially, the place was filty, food all over tables, inside and outside, topping station was disgusting, everything mixed together, slopped on the counter, just an absolute mess. The machines barely worked or were out , it was uncomfortably warm as if the air was broken, the staff were unfriendly and seemed to not care about their jobs at all. We were so disappointed and will Never be back.
