I wish I could give a higher rating. I have gone here four times this month to get some cold brew and they were out of stock three out of four times. Since that is the only drink I like from Starbucks, I will have to find a different coffee place. When they do have cold brew in stock, I think this place is great. They just need to manage their inventory better.
Sadly have to give this location 2 stars. I get that it is an on campus establishment, but it is still Starbucks. My order is typically a trenta iced coffee or cold brew with minor alterations, but every time I come here my order is wrong or off in some way. Baristas are nice and I feel bad because they are typically my peers, but a splash of milk is a splash of milk- not half of the drink. Wish I had seen the reviews sooner. Cashier was friendly the girl making my drink was super rude w a bad tude. I had to correct her on making my drink twice and this is what I got. Two inches short of a full drink.
