The food is Amazing, a lot of variety to choose from. The only bad experience was our waiter was not a good one he never brought us drinks, I had to get up and ask a different waiter for my drinks. He never went to pick up our use plates or stopped by to see if we needed more drink. Another waiter was the one who stopped and ask if we needed more drink because she saw we were completely out. We have come here many, many times, and it's honestly one of my favorite latin buffets out here in the dfw area. Every time we get visitors out here we try to take them to the hacienda buffet. We all leave very happy with the service and food quality. The only thing I wish they had was an chocolate fountain bar with fresh fruits. Great food! Our server Jose was really attentive! Can tell the food is homemade! What other restaurant has mojara waiting for you? Would have liked to see more grilled sausage and tablitas but other than that it was great!
