Javier refused to refund my money and remake my food. Everything about the order was wrong, in addition to being 25 minutes late to make my call ahead order. I went back to the store to try to get my order corrected, he refused to let me talk to the manager. Instead, the manager told him to tell me to come back to this raggedy location tomorrow for a refund. He flat out refused to remake the order. I can't tell you how much restraint it took to not tear this store apart. Nobody speaks English. Complete headache.

Not sure what the problem is here for other customers (other than the high prices, but that has nothing to do with the food, quality or employees). We ordered two foot longs. Everything was perfect. Sandwiches were delicious. So, I recommend this location. Mostly, I think people just like to complain about everything. Seriously.

Would give 0 stars if possible the young Hispanic lady with red hair seemed to be mad because we walked in it was 8/8:30 . She was so rude and seriously threw the veggies on the sandwich I was being respectful but I could not believe how we were being treated with her really bad attitude and work ethics . She needs to be fierddd !

I came at 8:40pm and the man was mopping and the door was lock and the open sign was on. The sign says 10pm. This is the 2nd time this happens to me.

Door SAYS "closes at 10pm". They told us we couldn't stay because they lock the doors at 9:30pm.if you close at 9:30, your sign should SAY 9:30!!

Nitin was alone handling all the customers with a smile on his face. (Update)Been coming to this location for more than 7 years now. Service can sometimes be slow - but that’s because they’re mostly always short staffed. Faiza, the lady who made my sandwhich today was super sweet, efficient, and hygienic. She’s doing a wonderful job! ?

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GOI love subway but will never set foot in that disgusting store again, and encourage you to do the same. The only thing more revolting than your food tasting like bug spray is having roaches crawl out of your wrapper after you have already taken a bite. If that was not bad enough the incompetent employee refused to give me a refund till I threatened to call the cops. If that is not enough I attempted several times to get a hold of a regional manager but no one is willing to give me the contact info for anyone but a generic cookie cutter auto reply from the Web site. Horrible. DO NOT EAT THERE

Stopped here for the first time instead of Quiznos, since its right by work. Bad idea. Subway ads show how "NEW" and "FRESH" their menu is. Thats wrong. This is a Non-Ingles store (this whole shopping center is). They Said hello welcome, and thats about it. I had to point and repeat every instruction. Even the bill, she stared and waited for me to see the register. Thats not the bad. Leather crust on the wheat bread, overcooked. lettuce was discolored and wilted, i made her take it off. The rest of the vegs, looked "suspect"..I noticed i didnt taste the pepperoni or anything on the sub. The cold cuts are "FRESH SLICED" and... PAPER THIN. Im in Engineering, so i measured. Ham was .024" (24 thousandths of an inch) and the "PILE" of meat was just 3/16" thick. A slice of bologna is 3x that. "Im Seth Curry, our See thru HAM" on our basically cheese and bread sandwiches. The scary: The make table wasnt rotated, since the pickles were frozen to the make table containers, indicating re-use. This is a big no-no. Food illness. Likely they re-wrap the containers and put in the walk in every night. Generally the place was dirty, the make table showed debris on the ends. I dont want to get sick. Beware.

Walked in I greeted both women at counter said hello how are you today. They said nothing looking right at me when I greeted them. Then they continued what they were doing pulling bread out when she got ready to serve me instead of saying hello she just stands in front of me not saying a word. Just employees collecting a check I guess. I won’t be back and I am avid customer eating at least twice a week if not more. When I left I said sorry I bothered you ladies. She replied this time” it’s okay” really!
