I honestly think the food was good. Very fresh and good sized portions. I didn't know they were going to have a live DJ, but for someone who is hearing impaired, I struggled hearing my friends while eating, or the staff working. It was just too loud.
We order fish and chicken. I enjoyed the fish the chicken could have used more seasoning but over all it was all fresh. The atmosphere was chill however be prepared to wait 3-5 business days for your food.

$8.99 for Shrimp n Grits…..I usually stay away when it’s that cheap but when I tell you it’s probably the best Shrimp N Grits in Dallas. Perfect blend of salty and spice with the blacken shrimp(I’d have preferred fried catfish or blackened) seasoned to perfection! I’d easily have paid $15 to $20 for this, kudos to the chef! They have an incredible New Brunch Menu too, so y’all come check out this Black Owned HBCU establishment!!
