Everything was bland and flavorless.Somehow the Mac and cheese has less flavor than Kraft. Cookies were mid. Sandwich was very mid. Instead of splitting up to get a sandwich and burritos, we all should have went next door to eat but we wanted to try something new. Maybe if they used seasonings then it could be okay but I feel like the competition wins when it comes to sandwiches, even the “hot peppers” barely had any kick.

Sad sandwich. I ordered using Uber eats. I get inflation has impacted portion and pricing but this is going too far. I ordered the Italian sub against my own judgement. There was barely any meat and it was barely 6" for $10. So disappointed. I won't be ordering from here again.

I've been here about 10 time and they make great sandwiches and the Mac and cheese is exactly the type that I like. HOWEVER, I have to call out the tomatoes. I've had good tomatoes from Potbelly, but I've also had several bad tomatoes. And my last visit I had the worst ever. I can't believe the employee would serve this! I've worked in fast food and fast casual and even sub shops and I would never have put a tomato that looked like this on a sub that I made. Maybe I'm biased because I grew up eating garden tomatoes and I'm a tomato lover, but I would have rather been told they are out of tomatoes than getting this on my sandwich. I'm not swearing off of Potbelly sandwiches by any means. I'm just putting this out there in hopes that Potbelly sees it and improves their tomato game. Because otherwise they are an easy 5 stars.

It had been awhile since we had eaten at Potbelly and it did not disappoint. The server was very friendly and made some great suggestions. I got the Italian with hot peppers and it was delicious! We will not be waiting as long between visits from now on.

So, we pretty much all know the ins and outs of beloved Potbelly since it's a chain and been around forever, but let me tell you, the staff at this location have always been SUPER nice and very quick with their service. I have never had a bad sandwich here, so they also put forth effort in their craft. It is much appreciated!!

I used to love potbelly and go there all the time for lunch. However, my recent experience today trying to order from this store using UberEats was a massive disappointment.First thing, they just outright cancelled my first order after I had already waited almost an hour for it to be delivered. Nothing worse, then doing a late lunch because I'm busy with work, then to remember you ordered food and was wondering how much longer only to find the store cancelled your order without so much as a phone call.So I re-ordered, and changed my order around a bit, perhaps they were out of the large multi-grain, who knows, they didn't tell me what the previous problem was.Again I wait yet another hour to eat my lunch, getting very grumpy at this stage because I'm HUNGRY. However, when my "wreak" sandwich finally arrived, they had SERIOUSLY drowned my sandwich in mayo and mustard. I Literally, had problems just picking up the sandwich without huge globs of mayo/mustard sauce falling off. I had to use a napkin to try to wipe off this massive amount of excess sauce. It felt like whomever cancelled my order in the first place, seemed to be trying to take revenge on me for having to gall to re-order my food and interrupt his day. That is how it felt at the very least.

Great people who will take care of you. I absent mindedly gave the wrong sandwich instructions to them, and didn't realize until they were about to put toppings on them. They remade those sandwiches and gave me the two extra sandwiches that got mixed up for free. I will happily keep going here!

I USED to like this place and go here every week until I tried ordering online. NONE of my sandwiches had ANY of the toppings I asked for AND were on the WRONG bread. Who wants a roast beef sandwich with NO toppings for $15???Such a rip off, don't go here there are plenty of better sandwich places out there that cost MUCH less that this overpriced garbage.

I love potbelly's but am very displeased with my experience here. I placed an order online through the potbelly's official online ordering system, received confirmation of the order, got a pick up time, the payment processed on my card, etc.I showed up to pick up my order and they claimed they never received it. The store manager, Kita, proceeded to call the general manager of the store to get help and then informed me the only way I could receive my food would be to pay/order again there in person, call potbelly corporate to try and get them to figure out what happened or wait 3 days to see if the charge for the food on my card stays. I expressed my frustration with these being my only options and asked if I could speak to the supervisor. I was told I couldn't speak to anyone other than Kita because general mangers and above won't speak to customers, they only interact with corporate team members. I was then told there is nothing else they can do because they have to prevent fraudulent situations like this - and I said "so you're now accusing me of trying to commit fraud?" and the manager said "well no, but we just can't be sure."I then attempted to call the customer service line per the direction of the store manager. Well it turns out it's impossible to get in touch with a live human from potbelly's. The only option is to leave a message and wait 2-4 business days for someone to get back to you. I explained this to Kita the store manager, who told me sorry but there's nothing else they can do and if I want, I can come back in 3 days so they can reverse the charge. Absolutely ridiculous.I ended up leaving without any food because I was not about to pay again, but you better believe I will be reporting that existing charge from this store as fraud.It looks like other customers have had this same experience lately. The onsite manager Kita was probably handling this to the best of their ability, but it's clear the staff here needs management training. And the general manager needs to figure out what the heck is going on with their online ordering system so this does not continue to happen.I have already filed formal complaints so please do not reply telling me to email customer service unless you have another resolution to present. Thank you.
