Catalano's is a little hidden gem. The food is absolutely delicious (especially those little bread nuggets in the salad) and great portions. AND!!!! They have gluten free pasta, pizza crust, and dessert so my daughter with celiac can dine with no worries.
Local dive where everyone knows your name! Daily Specials, deep marinara, light on the spices, & side salad you recognize. Focaccia Bread is bomb! PB&J Pizza, yep; just try it! Stromboli will stuff you senseless hot outta the oven. Time Machine 20year owner business on Main St. in Cibolo.

Wife and I ordered dinner for the family tonight. It was amazing, wife got. Salad with her sandwich. My son loved his spaghetti, and even took his bread and made a spaghetti sandwich. Daughter never gets anything other than pizza. If it’s not broke, don’t fix it. I’ve been experimenting.
