This place was amazing. I bring my family any time they are in town. Great items, the most friendly staff, amazing homemade ice cream, great products for everyone! We bought some cups that were just funny and I love everything they have! The pecan pie ice cream was a huge hit for my family! Thank y’all!
The Scoop at the Mill in Cibolo is a smaller sized ice cream shop in the store. They have an exclusive flavor called buffalo tracks which it chocolate covered pretzels in a salted caramel flavor ice cream. I give that one 5 stars. Totally unique flavor and its always very good. My second favorite is the pecan pie flavor. Again, 5 stars. The chocolate raspberry ice cream is so good! Very smooth and tasted like there was sea salt in the ice cream. There were big chunks of chopped up chocolate. The flavor of the raspberry is very nice. They also have Sorbet. They had a very bright red Sorbet I'll try next time. You can walk around and shop then, have a seat at one of the bistro tables and enjoy a cup or cone of ice cream or sorbet. Sounds like a plan
