“I love this location now that it's part of the Mark of Excellence franchise!!! The quality of the food has improved dramatically. As a former Domino's employee I'm very picky about pizza. (I did not work at this location, but I did work for Mark of Excellence at a different location in the metroplex.) Please continue to be awesome because y'all are freaking killing it now with the food and the customer service!!!!!“
“These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.“
“Our company ordered lunch for a last minute safety training from Subway. We called 3 minutes before our pick up time to be told they couldn’t not fulfill the order we placed 2.5 hours prior. We walked next door to Little Caesar’s. Not only were they full of smiles but Derrick and Sinai and their manager dropped everything they were doing to make 17 pizzas and crazy bread! It was all short notice and they were Incredibly accommodating! We truly appreciate your hard work and willingness to help us feed our 30 hungry guys on super short notice! ?Thank You!!!“
“Man what an experience! These people know how to treat customers is all I can say. They were so fast paced that they didn't have to to have the best customer service skills. All they had time for was to do there job. And they did it quick and they did it right!!!! I had a chance to speak with a manager Cece briefly and it was definitely a pleasant conversation. Cece and Caleb freaking deserve the moon!!! Freaking awesome dining experience. I will definitely be back!!!! Kudos Caleb and Cece!“
“Chicken E has just got to the point that it is so high priced, and I keep getting smaller pieces of chicken with tiny sides. Half the people working there clearly don't want to be there, and sadly, it shows. I only go here now when I run out of other places to eat in azle. The food isn't bad, it's just priced so much higher than alternative chicken places I can stop by n on the way in from town“
“I still love the pizza here even though it took 45 min for my pizza to be ready for pickup. I will def recommend if someone is willing to wait that long to eat. The pizza is very fresh and accurate every time I order here. I miss being able to go inside the restaurant. So many other places in town have gone back to normal after the pandemic. I wish Pizza Hut would. Also, they are short staffed which is prob why it took to long before my order was ready.“
“Stop to get a quick bite to eat plus to check out the food and service in this Little Town, being I was not from the area and I was very impressed four thumbs up.Parking: Parking is a bit small, but the area or location is small also, but in all, it is easy in and out. Plus, the wait was not too long.“
“The service at this place is totally phenomenal. All of the staff are really kind, food is always good! I watched a lady come in tonight and cuss out the manager and the staff for no good reason. The manager was so kind and sweet the whole time. I really don't understand why people feel the need to treat other people so crappy. Please be kind to people. My wife and I intervened and asked her to leave.“
“Love coming here. Always very consistent with their service. Not only do they provide good food, but they do it with a good attitude, which is what keeps me coming back. Can’t recommend this one enough. Not sure where the 1 stars are coming from, nothing but great visits.“
