From the restaurant to the adjacent coffee shop, food was awful!!! First, DO NOT RUN OUT OF EGGS AT A SUNDAY BRUNCH BUFFET!!! This is not hard. Eggs are cheap. DO NOT RUN OUT OF MILK AT A COFFEE SHOP!!!! These are unforgivable mistakes when it was very busy and the food (what there was of it) was so sub-par. Seriously, don't waist your time or money. No stars. Two thumbs down.

Our experience was certainly disappointing. We had an early reservation (5:30pm) in order to get to an event at 7pm. They had no menus for us when we arrived. We eventually got one and then two more but never enough for our whole party. It was strange and no one could explain why they had no menus when there were only 4-5 tables taken at 5:30pm for dinner. The bar was very slow getting our drinks to us and we only ordered wine. We ordered one appetizer and one salad to come out before our meal and it took quite a long time to receive these. When we placed our dinner order, we were told they were out of two major entree items. This would have been important to know when we arrived. But how in the world could they be out of these items at 6pm in the evening??? One of the guests in our party requested a gluten-free bun for the burger. He received a regular bun. When they took his burger back to replace the bun, it took a crazy long time (the rest of us were nearly done with dinner when his food arrived and that was only after flagging down a manager). And once received, the center of the bun was cold. What should have been a nice, smooth dinner with our college students on Parents Weekend turned out to be a long, drawn out disappointment. Lots of room for improvement with this restaurant. (PS Our young waiter was very nice and doing his best but it appeared the management (and possibly kitchen staff) did not set him up for success.)

Place was not very busy, but had no plates for appetizers, no glasses for wine or cocktails, took 45 min to get a drink and then had dried lettuce on the rim of glass... 1 hour 30 min to get food, most was cold, some uncooked, Open Table reservation was ‘lost' and took 15 min to get sat in an empty restaurant. This is a ‘in-house hotel restaurant' and we will never go again

The Impossible sloppy Joe was surprisingly good. The "salad" served on the side was terrible -- just lettuce and croutons and Parm, which isn't a salad at all. The service was inexplicably very slow, given that there were literally eight people in the restaurant and at least two staff.

Poorly staffed, long waits, stale bagels, couldn't get service to order coffee until very late into our meal, they were missing condiments. And that was just the buffet. AvoidEdit: The next day we returned for breakfast and obviously they had received a lot of feedback and made immediate corrections. There was self serve coffee and juice, increased staffing, and we were promptly seated. Everyone was friendly and attentive so I've changed my review from 2 to 4 star. Thanks for everything.

Not worth the money. Not even if it's convenient staying at the hotel. We had dinner. We started with truffle fries. If there was ANY truffle oil it wasnt much. I saw the man in the open kitchen pull out frozen fries which was a disappointment already. My husband had the burger. He took one bite and put it back on his plate. It had zero seasoning. I had the Gulf shrimp and risotto. Lord the risotto was bland, I have no idea how they messed the shrimp up so bad but they did, and then they.covered the entire plate in what I can only guess was sweet baby rays BBQ sauce. I took one bite and also put my fork down. The waitress was rarely seen and we had to get up to ask for assistance and our check. I assume this is a learning facility. Hoping it is a learning facility for their sakes. Too expensive to leave 2 full plates of food. .

The food was good, and I really love that they try to use local farmers and ranchers to source, so I'm on board with the concept. My service that I received was honestly terrible. She started strong with a greeting, introducing herself and the shadow server who was in training, then it went all downhill. It was NOT a busy night, so I can't offer that as an opportunity for grace. My salad came out promptly and I was shocked at how big it was since I had ordered it as a starter. This would be a nice thing to be warned about (or a half offered if that's an option). I was at most 1/3 done with my salad when my entree was delivered. I was nearly out of water and there was no refill offered. I was just over 1/2 done with my entree- with my generous amount of leftover salad still on the table- when my server brought my check. A side note on the salmon entree- it's listed as having broccolini as a side, and that was definitely broccoli on my plate, not broccolini. I was not offered a to-go box for anything I might want to save. I was not offered dessert. My water glass remained empty. I room charged my dinner and left truly disappointed. The food was good but the service I received was so poor that the food can't compensate.

The restaurant was not open. When we arrived for our reservation we were told the restaurant was closed. They were. unaware we had a reservation or that you could still make a reservation on open table. It opened again on the following night. Very disappointed as we were very much looking forward to dining there.

At A&M for a meeting and stayed at the A&M Hotel. Brazos was recommended for breakfast. I'm not usually a fan of hotel breakfast, they are overpriced and nothing special. That's not the case here. Food was very fresh, great menu and really good prices. Top that off with incredible service. Great find. Chloe was a super friendly, professional server that made for a bright morning.

I took my six year old & two year old grandkids and we had so much fun! Santa was great & so patient with my terrified two year old. He was so sweet and really engaged with the children. Our waitress, Ellie elf, was attentive and the food was plentiful and yummy. We will be back next year & hopefully my grandson will be willing to get a little bit closer to Santa next year!

I liked the event in the ballroom conference rooms that they did in 2022 rather than how they set it up in the kitchen this year. It seemed crowded and just like eating brunch in a regular restaurant than having a special breakfast with Santa. The picture area with Santa was also really small and poorly decorated compared to last year which is sad because that's the main event. The cookie decorating was also not arranged for multiple children to decorate at once the icing bags were huge for tiny kid hands and there was only one bag of each color and the table was against the wall so kids could only stand on one side which fit only 3 kids with a parent standing behind them which was right by the waffles and omelet counter making that space too congested.

Excellent Thanksgiving meal served family style. Each dish was delicious. The prime rib, the turkey, the salads and sides = = and that dessert table! Well worth the money. Will return.
