Poorly staffed, long waits, stale bagels, couldn't get service to order coffee until very late into our meal, they were missing condiments. And that was just the buffet. AvoidEdit: The next day we returned for breakfast and obviously they had received a lot of feedback and made immediate corrections. The food was good, and I really love that they try to use local farmers and ranchers to source, so I'm on board with the concept. My service that I received was honestly terrible. She started strong with a greeting, introducing herself and the shadow server who was in training, then it went all downhill. It was NOT a busy night, so I can't offer that as an opportunity for grace. My salad came out promptly and I was shocked at how big it was since I had ordered it as a starter....read full review

The Impossible sloppy Joe was surprisingly good. The "salad" served on the side was terrible -- just lettuce and croutons and Parm, which isn't a salad at all. The service was inexplicably very slow, given that there were literally eight people in the restaurant and at least two staff.
