Great food here, but can someone explain the "reward" system to me please? I never signed up for it, but I realized today while ordering food that I had points available. The lady working told me that I could not use them.... Why not??

Arrived about 1:15 PM for lunch. Not crowded. I was the only customer in the place. Ordered a triple meat Smashburger with no bun. The inside is booths and a few tables plenty of seating. The drinks are self serve. The inside. seems fairly new and in good shape, no ripped vinyl seats. My food came out piping hot. . Awesome smash burger! Had a good lunch. I would come back.

It is always a pleasure to see a place be open when hungry late at night. Food can be a bit on the heavy side but sure is tasty.
It was my first time here, and all I wanted was the ranch fries and a “skinny” cola. The fries were okay… not great but not bad. The skinny cola was NOT good. Maybe the machine needed attention? I tried the orange dreamsicle soda, but I was not a fan of that either. I finally got some sweet tea, and that was great.
