I heard they finally shut down due to failure to pay rent. When we went a few months ago, the staff were all huddled together and immediately left when my husband went inside. The one guy who stayed told him everyone else quit because the company had failed to pay anyone their checks. Sad. KBTX needs to do a report.

This spot is as rad as it gets. They've figured it out, employees are helpful and food is piping hot, if you're looking for sandwiches and soup...why on earth would you come here? You're missing chromosomes. If you want a bowl of cheesy goodness and protein on top this is the spot.

I am giving three stars because of the service and atmosphere. The possibilities of a make your own mac and cheese bowl are endless, the way in which this place went about it was not endless. The pasta looked old, most ingredients were uncovered, cheese sauce was super thin, veggies that were in water (celery) were hand scooped out and plopped on top- water and all. I ordered a dish with ham and pork while my friend did not, the same pair of gloves were used for both dishes. Once served, the mac wasn't even mixed together, unappetizing. The mac bowl was not great, a macaroni and cheese tv dinner would've been better.

The best of both worlds sourdough was really delicious. We were walking up and and the female worker appeared to be unhappy. We had a negative experience based off of her customer service. She ended up being rude and very unfriendly. Our party was asking questions and she was responding with attitude. We felt like we were at Dick’s resort. We asked what kind of cheeses, she points to the selection and says they are there. I’m not sure why she didn’t relay the options. The male worker was really nice and friendly.

This place was awful and expensive. Two small bowls of macaroni with two drinks is $30. It tastes terrible. The soup portion is a joke. The service isn't great. I will not be back here. I truly have no idea how this place is open.

Food was good. i ordered through door dash, its a shame they wouldn't do a special order so i could remove blue cheese from the buffalo chicken mac. pretty stupid, blue cheese doesn't belong so i had to pick through it.

Super nice people when I went late, almost right before they closed. Didn't have any reason to be so friendly or accommodating but they were great! Food was excellent too, if a little overpriced in my opinion.

Don't worry. They melt cheese on top when everything is done. You will have your choice of various kinds of cheese for the cheese part at the end. But, instead of stupid cheese sauce, you get to put on sauces that actually have flavor.I went with mango habanero.If you have never had macaroni and cheese with mango habanero sauce, you have never lived.c) They have a ton of vegetables you can put on the mac and cheese.Normally, there is no way that mac and cheese is health food.And for all those calories and fat, you don't get anything that tastes terribly interesting.You can plow enough veggies on to your mac and cheese to make yourself a virtual salad.Yes, it will all go under the grill - but hot salad is still salad.You can call it hot vegetables if you like.So you get something that is not terrible for you ...That tastes pretty good ...And that you probably never had before in your entire life.* * *What's not to like?* * *Okay. Not a fan. I ordered the brisket bowl with a few add-ons through Uber Eats, and I thought it was very meh. The noodles themselves were very bland, and the "cheese sauce" was just watery liquid that was all just sitting at the bottom of the bowl. Thank goodness I had some other sauces at home to put in the bowl.

I love this place! The mac & cheese with chicken is sooo good! The grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup are awesome as well! I hope this place gets the business it deserves! You should try it sometime!

It's a build your own meal place. I really digged the selection and was happy with my meal.Staff was very friendly too. I'd recommend anyone visit. Tasty.
