I am giving three stars because of the service and atmosphere. The possibilities of a make your own mac and cheese bowl are endless, the way in which this place went about it was not endless. The pasta looked old, most ingredients were uncovered, cheese sauce was super thin, veggies that were in water (celery) were hand scooped out and plopped on top- water and all. Nice place for great tasting Mac n cheese. Pricing is average to above average. Well known by locals. A variety of different dishes of Mac n cheese. If you love Mac n cheese then here is your spot. Enjoy.

This spot is as rad as it gets. They've figured it out, employees are helpful and food is piping hot, if you're looking for sandwiches and soup...why on earth would you come here? You're missing chromosomes. If you want a bowl of cheesy goodness and protein on top this is the spot.
