I have never seen a worker throw food across counters and be so careless and absolutely rude to customers. This 40 year old short lady who must have been the manager was yelling at customers that she doesn’t have time to answer their questions and she doesn’t knows what orders are out and to just stop asking. She was also yelling from the back that she is so done and gonna be fired tomorrow after all this. All I can say is hopefully she was. 0/10

We asked for 2 fish filets at 1am. I’m not usually one to write reviews but the lady at the window was very rude and said they were only serving breakfast at 1am. I know that isn’t true. Hopefully the manager does something about that (her).

Where's McDonald's I've ever been to 15 minutes before someone took my order not but one person in front of me took care of the drive-thru not sure if they were not enough workers employees but I do know there was a manager and another employee sitting at a table chit-chatting playing on the phone not goodKid-friendliness: No service for the smile had to go back ask for utensils and grape no one seemed to care if I had everything that I needed

We left. It was 12:30 pm noon, no lunch crowd. Now I know why. Poor service and no drink service because of the co2 broke. They could only Sell bottled water. We left and went to Bryan's McDonald's. The young man working the counter was very nice.
Everything here was average for a McDonald's. Service was slow considering how busy they were (which was not at all) and they always forget the honey with my sausage biscuits. But, it's a McD's: it's cheap and easy and you won't be disappointed coming here vs anywhere else. Will come back if on this side of campus.

Giving 2 stars because the food is always decent but the staff is horrible. The past few times I’ve gone I’ve had bad experiences with rude employees. I’m not a Karen and I don’t expect much from McDonald’s, but these employees are the lowest of low…. There’s only ONE lady that’s always nice. She has red hair and a southern accent. I wish I knew her name so I could shout her out, she’s great! The others… not so much. Just make the drive to the one on university. It’s SO much better.

Had a staff member be very rude and condescending. Asked me if I had “The muffins and hash browns” I said no I had the egg McMuffin and she dangled the bad in my face and said yeah the muffins. I understand where’s she’s coming from with muffin but McDonald’s also sells muffins for breakfast it’s was a simple misunderstanding that she escalated into a condescending moment. If you hate your job that much please just quit
