“As I was walking home from work, I heard the vicious roar of an empty stomach after my 10 hour shift. I didn't wanna walk any further than I already had to, and this is one of the places otw back to my house. I stopped in front of the restaurant, sized it up and walked in with the idea of this being another regular tex mex place. As I walked in I was greeted by a colorful atmosphere and one associate at the front. I looked and pondered on the menu and was debating on just going to sonic since I've never even been here. However, the rain was too close by to add another stop to my aching feet so I settled within my indecisive thoughts on just staying put. I asked an associate what was good n she recommended the regio bowl. I agreed and she politely explained all the ingredients and the American names for the meat selection. I settled on bistec bowl. I walked out, made it home after the rain relinquished it's anger on me, and opened my bag up. I carefully dug apart each layer of this bowl and decided to add the Pico, salsa, sour cream n avocado that comes with it in the bag. Opened my complimentary package of plastic silverware, n decided to blend everything together after seeing it was almost like Chipotle bowls. I finished mixing the layers, scooped a nice size bite onto my provided spoon n ate it. I stopped mid chew when I realized this was better than Chipotle. Who can beat Chipotle? Pollo regio.“

“Listennnnnn today was my first time ordering food from this place. I am more than pleased. Everything I ordered was on point! My fish and chicken was cooked well done how I like it (didn't even have to ask) they give you nice sized portions, and the food is seasoned to the Gods! “The catfish nuggets were tasty. I would have preferred the crinkle fries instead of the thin fries, the salad was simple, the hush puppies were like corn nuggets and very good, I would have liked more of them, could have done without the jalapeno relish, didn't really add much to the meal. “There are only 3 main items on their menu and we ordered the Fried Chicken, Chicken Tenders, and the Kid's Meal. The veggies are "bottomless", which means they keep bringing out salad, mashed potatoes, gravy, biscuits, or corn as you request them. I first thought the price per plate ($18.99) was a bit high, but it's not so bad with all the veggies you want. If you want to share a plate, they charge you $10.99 for the veggie plate.The food was good and the staff was great. They really seem to enjoy kids here. Several little kids went up to the jukebox and the waitresses talk to them and even hold them up for a better view.We came with a large group. Since all of the chicken are served stacked on one large platter (family style), hopefully you like your friends because your chicken is all mixed together.“

“Amazing restaurant and incredible food. We first stopped here because we were working in the area and it was lunch and it caught my eye. I've never been to a Pollo Regio before and after we came here one time I couldn't belive what I had been missing out on. The Half Chicken is out of this world its so good, after one trip it became the benchmark for chicken I get from anywhere I go. It's always 'this chicken is good, but it's not as good as Pollo Regio.' I am grateful to Emma and Angie because they make it a wonderful experience when we come by, and we have come by 3 or 4 times a week when we are working in town because the food is that good and the atmosphere is so inviting. The Half Chicken is amazing, but everything else is great too, and it all pairs amazing with their chips and the Verde salsa! Thanks so much to everyone here on the Pollo Regio team.“

“Starting off negative but will end positive. The hostesses, Riley and another unnamed girl, weren't very friendly. No eye contact and speaking to the air. We told her our whole party was here. She, Riley, counted and said we were missing three. We stated they were just outside the door. She said that she could see us when they came inside and turned her back on us. We told our people we were ready and she told us we could follow her but she didn't move at all. She turned her back on us again and just stood there. We stood behind her for a bit then she started walking. She walked to the table and walked away. Thankfully, Shavaughn, the waitress, saved the day! She was so pleasant and very efficient. She was very attentive. The food was amazing!!!! Worth every penny and almost everyone had leftovers. The serving sizes were plenty. Will definitely return because of her, Shevaughn, and the great food.“

“Good location, very clean with fridges for all kinds of drinks and alcohol. Staff was very friendly. The portion sizes were also generous. I feel some of the flavor was lacking but I also came in pretty late so everything had been sitting out for a while. Even so for the price point this quality and quantity is hard to beat.“

“Really enjoyed this place. Love the soft ice in the drinks and quality of the food. Some of the sides are a tad expensive but these are the times we are in. At least you get great portions with their main dishes. Definitely recommend. My omelette was easily big enough to split into two, large meals. This is not a cafe where you get a small portion of the main with 3 sprigs of lettuce drenched in dressing because it’s fancy then charge you 15 dollars.Good value in 2024 overall. Give them a try“

“I have eaten at Wicho’s House 3 different times and each time I have loved the food.Mexican food, the servings are big and the prices are good. The best Mexican restaurant here in Grapevine by far that is only my opinion. You need to try it out for yourself. Breakfast is delicious and today we went for dinner absolutely delicious. “Having to eat gluten free, I always feel safe eating and ordering from here. It's hard to feel that way about any fast food establishment. Chick-fil-A has a decent array of GF options, the most important being the waffle fries! I love those things. They're always overall hot and crisp. Rarely do you get any soggy fries. Almost all the dipping sauces and dressings are gluten free as well, including the barbecue, Polynesian, and Chuck-FIL-A signature sauces. Then there's grilled chicken nuggets, the chicken filet, a gluten free bun, all the salads, fruit cups, the scramble bowls, sausage, bacon, hash brows, yogurt parfait, and that softy-frosty ice cream. I often opt for the grilled nuggets and fries, but if I'm extra hungry I'll do the Cobb or market salad with spicy grilled chicken. And fries! The market salad has lots of fruit in it, a mix of red and green apples, strawberries, and blueberries, plus crumbled blue cheese. I mean it's a really lovely salad, especially for a drive-thru! This location is as friendly and speedy as ever. I still avoid peak times (Saturday, mornings, lunch) because the traffic stresses me, out but if I pass by and it's not too scary I'm definitely stopping for my fountain coke and fries.“

Guests assisted her and notified her employer (nearby) of the situation.The leadership at Chick-fil-a leapt into action and redirected one of their staff with medical credentials to assist until the ambulance arrived, then thanked the guests that helped during this episode by offering free food/drink.This goes way above and beyond. I've always felt Chick-fil-a cares tremendously about their guests by providing consistency when so many other places don't, along with little touches that make visits a bit more personal.This location proves that beyond a shadow of a doubt. “We frequent this location as it's the closest location to our house and it's quickly becoming our new favorite chicken place. Yesterday we ordered a large meal for my wifes grandmother's 82 birthday. Everything was seemlessly amazing and the order pick up time was 10 pm. Well we have 3 kids, one is a 2 year old and we're super busy and stay super tired. Last night at 10 pm we fell asleep, and thought nothing of it. Until we recieved a call an hour before the store closed asking if we were coming to pick up our order....oops... At 12:40 am 20 minutes before closing, I pulled up embarrassed. This crew handled it like pros, the gentleman at the window, was gracious and I would have thought it was 1 in the afternoon, not 1 in the morning. He said "we're remaking your food so it's fresh", it was out quickly and they were so detailed and helpful. I never give shout outs or reviews, but this one is deserving of the best! Thank you for helping us get a little sleep and still guaranteeing our food be prepared correctly, even if it was for the next day (only because Cane's is closed Easter Sunday) Thank you for your great service and excellent attitudes. In a world where that hardly exists anymore, especially after 10 pm on a holiday eve. Great job!“

“I enjoyed eating the chicken and corn nuggets. My 2 year old grandson loves those corn nuggets. My score is a 4 instead of 5 on the food is based on the Mac & cheese. The noodles are not cooked to completely done. They were a bit hard & chewy. The cheese was to watery and runny for me and my grandson didn't like it. In fairness, it was my first time trying the Mac & cheese. Others may enjoy it! Overall, Lisa's fried chicken is my favorite chicken in Fort Worth. I have tried other companies but had horrible experiences with deliveries being extremely late with no communication. Pam calls me the same day as ordering the catering as well as the day before and the day of to review and give me updates. “This is a great restaurant. They prepare the food REALLY well. The team working there is great. Even when they make a mistake, they get it right. On my 2nd visit, they had an issue with their biscuits (the biscuits are made fresh on site). The issue lead to long wait times because they had to remake several batches of them instead of serving poor quality biscuits. They communicated what was going on, and I didn't mind the wait in exchange for the effort. Definitely recommend, 10/10!“
