“My experience here at this location is phenomenal. The gentleman who asks, what you would like to eat is extremely polite and mannerly. Not only does he talk about the food but he will make you actually feel welcomed inside of this highly PROFESSIONAL place of business. I would strongly recommend this location to anybody who needs a Jersey Mikes sub sandwich. I will 100% never complain about the quality of the food here. The way that I get treated is ALWAYS consistently the same since I have been a regular customer for over 5 years.“

“We were visiting from Petal MS and stopped in here since it was not far from our ball field. We just had a tough game and we're going for a split double header. The temperature was well above 105 that day and I believe the worker was Sasha. She got my kid some ice to put in his yeti so he could have cool water. She was very helpful that day.“

“This place is absolutely incredible! I’ve had the Nashville Sando and the Seoul Hot Sando and they were both delicious. Be careful with the spice level, I like spicy and 3 was a bit too hot for me and have found that level 2 is a perfect compromise. The customer service & hospitality here is top notch as well. “The experience was phenomenal! The food was excepcional.. the team is very polite and their costumer service is out of this world. If you haven’t stopped by and pleased your stomach and your taste buds at Charly’s then idk what you’re doing. Highly recommend!!!! My only observation is that they sometimes are not adhering to the scheduled hours, I have been sometimes waiting until 10am for them to open only to find out that the place is not open sometimes at 10:20 so I end up going somewhere else because I am already hungry. And some days they are scheduled to open they don’t open at all. I assume since is a family business maybe they have a family situation causing this which is completely understandable. But there’s several people there when I always go so maybe take turns opening? But other than that everything is good always. Very nice people and food is on point.“

“My favorite food is a Philly cheese steak. I am always in search of a great Philly, and in Texas frequently come up short. The Philly at Kenny's, while not the best I've ever had, is the best I've found in DFW. The meat melts in your mouth. The cheese is melted through it giving it complete coverage and not just a slice lazily thrown on top. The roll is tasty and has good texture but I find myself missing a true amarosa roll. I added salt and pepper to it, thank God, as I still find it a little short on seasoning. As critical as this review sounds, take it with a grain of salt as it comes from a Philly snob, it is truly a great attempt and one of the best I've found in DFW... Will be back.“

“Wow! Just went for my first time and the employees were SO nice and kind! They truly made you feel so welcome! I got 2 trio’s so I could try everything I wanted to and they explained each thing I got as well as gave me extra crackers! “Debate over best sub shop continues, but our first time at Jersey Mike's was great. Staff helped us pick out subs and were very friendly.Fresh cut meat, sub sauces, oregano/ salt were all great. Minimalist style sub, but it was so good. Sometime basic is best. Flavourful and very enjoyable. Everyone loved it. Just wish we had one in Canada.“

“In my opinion Jersey Mike's is the best subplace there is. If you get a hot sub it's actually grilled on a flat top, not microwaved. They have good choices in sandwiches and bread. Always get the cherry pepper relish and Mike's way.“

I say extra cheese and Mayo..Nope no extra cheese and Mayo! So I went online to check reviews and someone said to check Bedford because they too would get their orders wrong at Hurst. So my husband went to the Jersey Mike’s in Bedford and they got my order correct!!! Well we went a few more times and every single time they got my order correct!!! And it was DELISH!!! “We love Schlotzsky's! It's one of our go to places when we're craving a sandwich. The food is always good. However, the service can be very hit or miss at this location. The wait is always longer than your average drive through, which is understood. They're assembling and warming deliciousness in there. The issue can be the wait time to even place your order or your wait time at the window after placing the order or on a couple of occasions finding that they've closed before closing time. Sometimes you get very attentive and friendly people and sometimes you get people who make it obvious that they don't want to be there. It varies from visit to visit. We continue to go because the quality always meets expectations and sometimes you just crave it!Dietary restrictions: They offer a gluten free bun and seem to take care with my order preparation. My sandwich is often even packed separately from the others.“

“This place is awesome! Firstly, I have no idea where the other reviewer got that this place is conservative. No one ever brings up politics and most workers are hispanic. Anyways this place does mess up orders from time to time, but that's part of the fast food biz. Make sure to double check you bag and they will add the missing items.Give credit where it's due, on top of that the staff is friendly even when some seem tired, which I give kudos to them for keeping a friendly smile on even towards later hours. The food here is awesome, and besides occasional missing items, everything is always made properly. I've visited other fast food chains that sell squishy, undercooked, chewy chicken or rotting lettuce and questionable tomatoes. I trust this place when it comes to keeping everything in order, and I hope the staff gets rewarded by corporate (even if I highly doubt that any fast food chain would award a store for exceptional service), or gets something in return. Every time we go we talk about how cold it is and wonder why the fans are on even when it's cold outside.
