We visit this location often but tonight stood out more then any other visit, I ordered my food through the app and went to pick it up, when I got there we realized my food was accidentally given to someone else, (we are human we all make mistakes) but without missing a beat they were preparing my food again while still interacting with me! All the staff that worked march 13th 2024 around 7pm, y'all are rock stars! Thank you so much for making our food amazing as always but taking the time to talk and create that connection! This will always be my forever store! Y'all all deserve a raise!

I went in to try the new chicken Parmesan meatball sub. The sub was ok, they didn't get my order right. Even after repeating it to the cashier. And the jalapeno kettle cooked chips were stale.

I'm reviewing my experience moreso then anything, which does involve a mistake on my part, so take that how you will incase you find yourself in a similar situationI had a promo for a half off sandwich, i was at work and had processed said order for when I got off. Unfortunately i ended having to stay later then anticipated and couldn't pick it up. I came in the next day to explain the situation. The manager stated she wasn't in that day and had to verify what to do. 1 employee stated they do remember and everything stated was true. The manager took some info down, and evidently called the owner and i was told "because we had to make the sandwich and throw it away, thats it. We won't make another sandwich or refund" i was advised to call customer support, so i did and explained it to them, they said they can't issue a refund on their end, just escalate it to the establishment, and wait for a reachout on how to fix this. They never contacted me so I'm lead to believe 4 or so dollars is more important to them, then A reoccuring customer. I will admit i made an honest mistake, but now I'm sitting here with my money spent for literally nothing in return.

Wrong dressing on sandwich. Asked for no mayonnaise and it had Xtra mayonnaise on it. Wrong cheese, no cheese on sandwich. No napkins, ordered to go. This place is no good. Check your order closely!Dietary restrictions: Did not comply

Why should customers be made to feel like we have to pay extra for the shortcomings of others??? I don’t mind donating thru my own choice but not when I go get fast food. First…”round up”your meal total for some donation and then ask to tip on top of that for a job that shouldn’t ask for tips!! It’s fast food, not a restaurant. Being asked to pay extra for fast food once let alone twice when all I want is come in a grab a sub is ridiculous. It’s a sub, not filet mignon. Stop making tipping at fast food places the norm!!

Firehouse steak and cheese was good flavor was there. But my pickle was bigger than the little 4” sandwich. Very disappointed in the snack size sandwich.
