This is a taco truck stationed right outside of Fiesta. The roasted corn itself was absolutely top notch. Some of the best corn I've had. Did want to mention that YOU are the one seasoning the elote, so if it doesn't taste good then that's all on you.
I'm upset that I've lived in Houston my entire life and just now discovered this place because of TikTok Hands down the best elote I've ever had. That red sauce is lethal tho, a little goes a long way!
