Saw the line and hoped for the best...and pleasantly surprised! Saw how the 'corn master at work', the corn was being roasted by the cob and then quickly shucked and shaved off to be filled by the cupful. Never tried this, so followed the buyer before to add condiments (mayo, sour cream, butter, spices) that were provided in the side of truck. Only did 1/2 recommendation, with a small size (so spoonful/squirt of each) Added some lemon and the result if a tangy, creamy mix that didn't take aways from the sweet roasted corn Definitely a good try if Texan roasted corn!“
