This place is a hidden gem! I ordered the Yummy Chicken Bowl (~$18) and it is the perfect example of simple ingrediants coming together to make a great dish. The stir fried onions and peppers paired well with the sweet and spicy Korean sauced chicken and the rice base was really filling as well. While the pieces of meat are diced a little small, there was more than enough where I didn't run out before the other ingredients, which was nice. While it would be nice to have bit more room than the 2 seats to have the option to dine in, this is a takeout place through and through. As long as you are cool with that I'd recommend making the trip out to check this place out. Very tasty!

I had the combination bowl with steak and shrimp. It was good. Everything was so fresh. It's cooked to order and takes about 10 minutes. Inside was really clean and the lady at the counter was very friendly. Seating is limited. I tried the egg rolls and wasn't a big fan of them. Next time I'll try the dumplings and the Yummy Chicken bowl.

Please note this review is very subjective. First of all, take note that this is a takeout only spot, there are only two seats in the store so don't expect a sit down experience. The service was super nice, the cashier was very patient and explained the menu and made several recommendations. Now to the food, sorry to say it was too salty for my preference. I got the grilled shrimp and pork combo bowl. The protein was grilled well and smelled great. However, maybe they added too much salt or seasonings, the rice and veggies were so salty. If you prefer a stronger taste, this could be the perfect spot for you. Personally, I don't think I'd return.

Y’all lucky y’all even got a picture of what I ordered. ? The food was so good! I ordered egg rolls and a combination meat bowl. The egg rolls were the best spring rolls I’ve ever had. Seasoned and tasty! For the bowl I got shrimp and chicken. Chicken is flavorful and juicy, shrimp was cooked perfectly, the veggies are not to be slept on either. Bell peppers still had a slight crunch while still being tender and the red onions were sautéed perfectly! Oh and they give you sauces..that some how make the food already being delicious taste even better! 10/10 highly recommend ?? only downside is I wish there was more shrimp, but I get it.

Nice clean spot! The person who handed me my food was very friendly. I got the beef with rice and veggies bowl and it was delicious! A good serving and very flavorful.
Like table side Hibachi, this is that good very quickly. Everything I have had is awesome. It is prepared fast right after you order it so no food just laying around. Atmosphere a 3 out of 5 because there is just nothing inside, just to go orders. Give this place a try, you will love it.

Finally got a chance to try Phantom Kitchen. I didn’t ask about if there is a particular story behind the name, but they do have several Phantom of the Opera posters inside so there must have been some inspiration there.This is an order at the counter take out restaurant. They do have a small counter and two chairs where I suppose you could eat at but I think it’s most for just waiting customers. I did do some waiting there. I arrived at dinner time mid week. There were several orders in front of me. I think I waited maybe 20 mins or so for my two bowls. It seemed like they could only churn out one bowl at a time…seems like a bit of a bottleneck in the operation. At least it was made to order.The bowls were both okay (chicken and spicy Korean pork). Meat and veggies over fried rice. Portion size seemed reasonable when compared to the price.It’s close to my house so I plan to try a few more menu items.

Absolutely delicious bowls! I am so happy to have stumbled upon Phantom Kitchen! The lady who took my order over the phone was lovely and just as gracious when I went to pick up the food. It was freshly made and still hot and comes with two amazing sauces. Great portion size, in my opinion, for the quality of food given. Nice hardly bowl of perfectly fried rice, veggies, and a lot of meat! This will be a new go to restaurant for me in Coppell. I only have one other restaurant I love here so I am glad to finally have somewhere else to order from!Vegetarian options: They have a tofu bowl that I will definitely next time.

My wife and I finally tried this restaurant, and it was very good. We got the shrimp rice bowl. It was made fresh and enjoyed the shrimp, rice, and vegetables. It came with two sauces. Not sure what they were, but both were very good. In talking with the counter person found out this is a family business with one store. We will be returning and supporting this Coppell business in the future.
