We love supporting family owned small businesses that make wonderful food. The pho always feels like a soup your mom or aunt had made. All love for pho Asian star ⭐ ❤️“

“Food is good. Service is good. Im local so we eat there often no complaints....except how far out of my way I have to drive to turn around to come back home. That whole area desperately needs a side exit for those of us who live on the Shady Shores/Swisher side. Doing that north bound uturn on 35 then having to come all the way back south bound 35 to cut under 35 sucks.“

“This place was really a gem for Sichuan food. I had my doubts before I visited but this place has exceeded my expectations. The decors was typical of a Chinese restaurant enhanced by "white influence". I ordered a spicy beef noodle and it was very good. The broth was light and flavorful, with sour vegetables and the beef was very tender and tasty. The sautéed kidney dish was the star of the show, as it was perfectly cooked and easily the best of its kind that I've hand in DFW. If this place was closer to where I currently live, I would be coming every week.“

“A fine Asian dining experience near I35 and 121 business! I told them medium spicy and they delivered! Delicious! When I eat at Panda I need to eat the black peppers to get a sufficient level of spicy. This place, not so. This place is 1000% better than Panda. A slightly humble atmosphere but quiet and clean. “This was by far the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. It was phenomenal! We ordered takeout and I custom ordered mine to get grilled chicken (I can’t eat gluten) and it was incredible. So fresh, and everything we got was perfect. I wish I lived closer, we’d be eating here all the time.Dietary restrictions: They were able to swap out the battered fried chicken for grilled!“

“Glad to find such a great Chinese option in Denton that is not a buffet. Our family and friends have to go at least once a week to this lovely family owned and operated place. The Kung Pao Chicken, Garlic Chicken, Hunan Chicken, Pad Thai, beef lo mien, pork green beans, dumplings, and hot/sour soup are our favorites. The chicken is very tender, lots of sauteed vegetables in the dishes, careful attention to the spices, good portion size/value, and prompt service. The online menu has more description of the ingredients included in each dish than the physical menu in the restaurant, but the owners are happy to help assist you in finding something of your liking.“

“I found out about this place from a television ad, so I decided to go check it out. I got a table and grabbed a plate, and got to indulge in some very delicious food. There is a wide variety of foods which I find amazing. Though, you're going to need a big appetite to truly enjoy your experience because if you don't, you're not getting your money's worth. Nice tender shrimp fresh vegetables a bit heavy on the sauce but a lot of people like lots of sauce.Mom had the sesame chicken. She said the chicken was tender and flavorful with lots of sauce, which she likes.We both had egg rolls. They were crispy in the outside and tender on the inside. My mother likes it with TONS of sauce, which they happily gave her.On top of everything else this place is really inexpensive. I have never had a bad meal here. I've read in some of the other reviews that this isn't authentic Chinese food but China is a huge country and not everyone in that country makes food the same way.“

“i literally made a yelp account to give this restaurant a good review!! we randomly stopped in before going grocery shopping and the food is so good. the wonton soup broth was HEAVENLY!!! the furniture is very nice and clean. i got the mongolian beef and my mom got general tsu and we both thought it was DELICIOUS. our server was hilarious and attentive even offering more rice !! definitely a little hidden gem i was surprised more people weren't there.“
