“Delicious food and Outstanding Professionalism! We recently used Bottomless Pit BBQ for a Corporate open house and they were FANTASTIC! They provided a quote in a timely manner, answered all of the questions that we had, were exceedingly accommodating to our difficult requests/time frame, and were extremely prompt and responsive. In particular we needed 2 catering events on the same day. Several catering companies turned us down automatically because it was too challenging - one company even stated "we cant help because we spoke with our catering staff and they don't want to work those hours". Bottomless Pit BBQ was completely different and took on the challenge, knowing they would find a way to make the situation work. Because of their professionalism we booked them for our event and we were so beyond happy with our choice. Their food was beyond AMAZING and delicious! Everyone at the event was thoroughly pleased. In particular the rice was outstanding. Other benefits included - variety of package options. We selected Chafes, servers, no run out guarantee, drinks, 3 meats, etc. It was so nice to be able to customize to our specific need. We will definitely be using Bottomless Pit BBQ again in the future.“

Potato salad was really good with a great dill flavor. Pecan pie was fantastic for dessert. So glad I chose this place while visiting Texas.“

The bread used for the sandwiches is house made so you gotta know it's good. As far as the cobbler... yummy yummy yummy! The cobbler too is house made so it was delicious! Very friendly staff! We pay for food, get our own utensils, drinks, condiments extras and ice cream. We even clean our own table and trash. So help me understand, where is the service deserving a tip? “I visited Bill Miller’s today on Leopard. My go to was the #5 combination brisket,sausage sandwich with potato salad plus sweet tea.
It was delicious,the brisket was very juicy and moist.
I will say the staff is warm and friendly.
Certainly was the best experience.“

“I really like the kolaches but it does seem to take ~1 hour to get food, more often than not. I would recommend calling in your order for sure but even then it doesn't always help. The food is so good though!! Just don't be on a strict schedule if you're gonna eat here lol“

“Normally I would sing your praises, but this morning I ordered the biscuits and gravy for the first time. I did not expect uncooked heavy flat hockey pucks. I was expecting light and fluffy homemade style biscuits. Pouring gravy on them was just stupid. I challenge you to try it.“

Drove up, paid, hot food in my hands, and go!“
