Embarrassing that this is the only chipotle corpus has. The lack of other locations is clearly the reason that they don’t care about the lack of quality. If you’re lucky enough to go there and not be told (after 45 minutes of waiting in line) that they’re out of 5 ingredients, what you do get is skimpy portions of cold, overcooked and under-seasoned food. The employees couldn’t care less about the line and move as though the goal is to have customers give up and just leave.Don’t bother ordering to go either. You’ll be charged more and get significantly less. Overall, every employee should be fired and new management put in place. I love chipotle, but will definitely just wait to get it from an out of town location and find somewhere else to eat in CC.

absolutely horrible experience. they were out of everything. built my two bowls and burrito and said they were out of chicken and said it would be a 2 minute wait. there was a huge line behind me. they made me pay even though i was still waiting for chicken. the lady at the cashier asked us to move so the people behind us could pay. we moved and she rudely said “don’t stand there” there was literally no where to even stand!!! she could care less. literally all the tables were dirty there wasn’t even anywhere to sit. we had to sit outside where someone straight up just threw all their trash on the patio. horrible experience!!!!

Got chipotle for takeout on Monday night and the rice was absolutely horrible. Massive watery clumps that had no flavor, literally tasted like straight water. The texture was like mashed potatoes. I’ve never had rice like this at a chipotle before and I know it’s obvious looking at it that it’s way over cooked. Patrons shouldn’t have to pay for a product like this

Arrived at 8pm and they were short staffed so a long wait! The drinks were out, ice overflowing in bottom tray, napkins all over and many dirty tables. This is out of the ordinary!Vegetarian options: Easily can make a vegetarian bowl

I’m convinced they cannot read at this location. 5 out of 5 of my last online pickup orders have been completely wrong not even what I ordered. Employees don’t care at all about messing up, just go to freebirds.

Ok, so who's running this store. I'm a Chipotle fan, and every Chipotle I've been to has a limit to the number of items that are placed in a bowl or burrito. I've been here 2 times on my visit, and each time, I feel like maybe they think cuase I'm a thinner person. I watched my weight cause the portions at this chipotle were skimmmmpy. If we as customers, you know the ones who keep you open are gonna have to pay 24$ per meal. We expect to receive a bowl or burrito with something in it. I couldn't believe what I saw when they made my bowl first time and burrito the second time. It felt like there was a restriction on rice and meats and veggies in the world again. And what's up with not allowing customers who dine in to have things the in the line when they run out but you have them in the order out line but won't share with dine in customers, that's funky no sour cream in line but call in orders get right to things people dine in dont get, nnnnnnaaaaahhhhh not good practice for paying dine in customers. As well as slop bowls, we would appreciate a bowl that's not covered in bean juice and leaking every where we receive it. Thanks. I have seen the workers' attitudes here in corpus they suck for the most part. If you have a job that pays 15+ an hour, take some pride in your attitude and be happy you've got one still. Other than these things, I feel like this store could do better, and it will succeed if it works harder on its challenges.
